Holiday rentals with a patio in Villa San Giovanni

Had a very nice stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of Mount Etna from one balcony where we could have breakfast in the shade in the morning. But if we wanted sun, we would sit on the other balcony overlooking the sea and the garden below. If we had any questions, Aretas responded very quickly and kindly. We soon felt at ease and we were very happy with the parasol that was present. The restaurant opposite the apartment complex is recommended! The Airbnb is a pleasant base for surrounding cities and nature reserves.

We had a short but very nice stay in Tropea. The place was nice and clean as well as within walking distance of a supermarket, the city centre and a remote part of the beach. All in all very recommendable!

We were very pleased with our stay. Carla is a very nice and always available hostess who makes you feel well taken care of. The apartment is very nice overall. The beds were comfortable, and both the linens and towels were clean. Our personal highlight was the view...simply fantastic! We also liked the pool area, but the loungers were unfortunately a bit uncomfortable. Convenient: There are two paths into town. Unfortunately, we only discovered easier and faster access after a few days...a little tip for future guests to take a look around right at the beginning. Overall we had a very nice time and can absolutely recommend the place. Thank you, Carla, for the warm hospitality!

We had an amazing stay at Frank’s place! The apartment was super clean, calm, and had a beautiful view of the beach—exactly what we were looking for during our workation. Both Frank and Gianpiero were super friendly, flexible and always quick to reply whenever we had questions. Everything went super smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. The apartment is brandnew and super clean. Very well equipped with everything you need. Directly at the sea and you just need to cross the street to get to the beach. There is a spacious terrace as well, with a big umbrella to block the sun, outside shower, seating area. They provided a baby bed and a high chair. Restaurants, bars and ice cream are closeby. Davide and family welcomed us on arrival and provided us with sightseeing tips, restaurant recommendations and much more.

We arrived late (after midnight) but the self-check in went smoothly. Loreana met us the next day, she was very friendly and gave us a lot of useful information. Location is handy, restaurants, convenience stores and beaches are easy to reach. We had a great stay for 5 nights. Thanks!

Really great place! Very close to shops, the beach and cable car to the town. Super clean and spacious. Very helpful Host, responded very quickly to any questions and arranged a taxi for us.

Property near the center with easy access to the center and the train station. The only caveat that is already in the ad is that the garage access is for a small car, but we had no problem finding a place nearby to park. If possible, we will definitely return.

We can't stop thanking Angela for her kindness and concern for us. We thought the place was new because everything was impeccable, everything was shiny, lots of detail, she was affectionate and kind. My group of 6 had a wonderful stay! Antonino was a wonderful host, setting us up with early check in as we arrived from the airport, and was responsive to any questions we had about the house. The location is incredible (the photos don't do it justice-waking up to the volcano and/or the ocean waves, balconies off of every bedroom, steps from the sea, really gorgeous!) The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, cooking in, etc, and the neighborhood has great local spots for drinks, dinner, and small grocery shops. Two of the bedrooms have detachable twin sets that you can use together or separate, but I'd recommend reaching out in advance based on your group if you need them separated. We traveled to/from the train in Riposto for day trips which is very walkable along the coastline. If you're looking for a less touristy, more authentic neighborhood to stay in, this is definitely the spot.

What I liked most about the apartment was its spaciousness. It has an outdoor terrace area with garden furniture that, due to the high temperatures, we have not been able to enjoy. The location is excellent, in the center of Giarre and with easy parking nearby. The accommodation had enough supplies to spend several days there. Communication with the owner was perfect at all times, with kindness and good disposition and quick response. It offered a series of information about the environment that helped us.

Anna was very sweet and super responsive! Her place comfortably slept 6 people! (One bed was slightly smaller than the others just as it was listed but we still made it work!) There were cute restaurants (few but with nice views) 7 minute walking distance from the air bnb. Anna was kind enough to make reservations for us as well! Her place was clean and well kept! 25 minute drive to central Tropea Beach.

We had a wonderful time with Michela and Antonio and felt like we were with friends. Very clean accommodation with everything you need. We had the great pool to ourselves. Michela pampered us with limoncello spray, refreshing and delicious. The property is in a very quiet residential area, by car only 5 minutes from the sea. We can 100% recommend this place, we would have liked to stay longer if we come back to Milazzo, definitely go to this place. By the way, Milazzo is a beautiful town and the old town with its bars and restaurants worth a visit. Thanks for everything!!!

Lovely apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean and tastefully furnished. The outside terrace (furniture and views) were amazing! Would recommend! Car definitely required.

We stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks. It's a lovely apartment in a beautiful location with great views. Giardini Naxos is a lovely place with lots of restaurants and good beaches. The apartment overlooks the beach and is a 5 minute walk into town. The apartment is really spacious with a fantastic terrace. It has everything you need to be self sufficient. We used the local buses to go into Taormina, well worth a visit. Viviana was so helpful and arranged an early check in for us, which we really appreciated as we had travelled down from Rome on the overnight train. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay again. Many thanks

We had a great time staying at Nunzio’s place. He contacted me well in advance of our trip and provided me with lots of recommendations bespoke to my interests. Prior to arrival he provided detailed information about check in and was very proactive with communication throughout our stay. The accommodation was exactly as listed, very clean, and was perfect for our little family. There is a front and rear balcony so you can catch sunrise and sunset. In terms of location it is a short walk to the sea front of Gardini Naxos, the train lines mean you cannot take the shortest walk as the crow flies but there is a tunnel to cross under the tracks. We loved Gardini Naxos itself, plenty to see and do and a great spot for exploring further up the coast. The views from the beach looking around the bay and up at Taormina on one side and Mount Etna on the other are unbelievable. We will definitely come back to Sicily and would happily stay at Nunzio’s again.

Natasha’s place was beautiful. The view and private spa was the best. Natasha was super helpful with everything we needed. Would love to stay here again

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful place. Great view from the balcony, a private oasis from the craziness of Taormina, yet only being a couple of minutes walk from the centre was amazing. Pool was great, kids didn’t mind it being a little chilly in April. Even got to see Etna erupting whilst staying (from town centre not our balcony). Cannot recommend more highly.

The apartment is in a perfect location. We travelled with a baby and being so close to the Main Street made life easy. The apartment is a good size and has a washing machine and full bathroom which again felt very useful. The walk to the cable car and supermarket is about 5 mins and less to the Main Street. Well worth the price we paid and incredibly convenient.

The sweetest host couple welcomed us in a nice little apartment with a perfect location for shops and restaurants. Carlo and his wife were extremely helpful and easy to get hold of in terms of planning with car parking, etc. The apartment was in very good condition and we felt generally welcome and at home ☺️
