Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Comodo per soggiorni più lunghi, organizzato con tutto il necessario. La terrazza/balcone, 5 mq mq, arredata con divano, tavolino e sedie permette di goderne i lati migliori soprattutto nei pasti e ore serali. Agevole parcheggio gratuito esterno a 100 mt. non custodito ma sicuro ( Caserma CC e PL). Provare per credere!

Comodo e tranquillo, con ampio e fruibile balcone a di 5 mq, vista e posizione esclusiva ed incantevole. Pratico parcheggio esterno, non custodito ma sicuro (caserme Loc.Pol/Carab), a 100 mt. Il cuore del paese con negozi, markets, bar e ristoranti è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5' e le spiagge, in auto, in 15'.
