Stylish studio design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the first floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The cozy apartment "Sonnenuntergang" is the "Sonnegg" Residence is located in the idyllic municipality of Lajen (Laion), near the entrance of Val Gardena, in South Tyrol's scenic "Eisacktal" valley (Valle Isarco). The 35m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 1 person, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach.
