Located in the heart of Touraine, its vineyards and the richness of its cultural and historical heritage, you will find this cottage adjoining a small stable and offering a beautiful view of a wooded park. You will appreciate the calm of the place and enjoy the comfort of your home. Artannes/Indre and its shops are 5 minutes away and, in less than 30 minutes you can reach Tours, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau Castle, Chinon, etc. Allow 1 hour to reach Beauval Zoo.

We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The dependency where the studio is located has a very large courtyard where you can easily park. It is possible to store your bikes in a closed room. We can lend our bikes subject to availability. We are very close to the Loire à Vélo route along the Cher. All shops in our village (2 bakeries, grocery store, butcher, delicatessen, pharmacy, tobacco shop, café...) as well as a market on Saturday morning.

Comfortably equipped, it is located in the countryside on the banks of the Indre. 20 km from Chinon and 25 km from Tours, close to all shops and close to the Loire Castles and Touraine vineyards. Comfortable 40 m² cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed sheets, blankets, duvets, towels and washcloths, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a high lockable shelter, usable covered or uncovered with free access. In winter, the pool is not available. 3-star cottage.
