Warm 100 m2 house with three bedrooms in a 50 m2 open plan kitchen living room. Everything is available. Very well located a 5-min walk from the tram. Tours is 1 km away, close to all amenities. I live there half the time with my children so I rent it for the rest of the time. Possibility of adding mattresses without worries if you are more.
