Monthly Rentals in Villanova d'Asti

I organized my graduation party in this villa and it was simply perfect. The villa is beautiful, it has everything you could want for a party, the outdoor spaces are well organized and the veranda is really a plus if you want to organize a party (there is also a full kitchen to prepare food). The apartments are modern, well furnished, very clean and all equipped with air conditioning. Massimo was an impeccable host, super welcoming and available to satisfy all our requests. I only booked one night, the time was short for all the activities that were to be done, so I recommend at least two nights. We will definitely be back to organize the next parties. Super recommended.

We had a wonderful stay, the accommodation was well equipped. The photographs do not do justice to how big the rooms are. If you are after a peaceful place to stay but within easy reach of amenities the this is the place for you. Katia dealt with any enquiries we had and was easy to contact, a very good host. As far as we are concerned you could not fail to have a relaxing time staying here but get to places easily, and we would not hesitate to book again if we return to the area.

We had a fantastic weekend at La Tana dei Gufi for a bachelor party and we couldn't have asked for more! The house is perfect for relaxing and having fun in company: the pool table was the focus of our evenings and the three hot tubs, all equipped and perfectly clean, gave us moments of pure relaxation. The accommodation is spacious, welcoming and well cared for, you can really feel the attention and passion with which it is managed. A huge thank you to the host, a very kind person, super helpful and always ready to respond to any need with cordiality and speed. Highly recommended for those looking for an original and well-equipped location for a special weekend! We will definitely be back!

Late arrival but Lorenzo was there to guide us. The address is not accurate but it's not very complicated to find. Quiet village, close to Turin with the expressway nearby (but no noise), 3 bathrooms, convenient for several in the accommodation. Large kitchen and garage for one car. Very nice!!
