È riscaldata con una romantica sufa a pellet! All' esterno (anche se in posizione centrale) ha uno spazio verde in cui è possibile rilassarsi ammirando il panorama in qualsiasi stagione, la borgata è sempre abitata e viva tutto l’anno!
