Coin salon avec canapé convertible, table basse et TV, coin cuisine avec table haute 4 chaises, lave vaisselle, four mixte, plaque à induction, frigo, cafetiere expresso, bouilloire.....Coin nuit avec un vrai lit de 1.6m salle de bains avec douche. Rangement pour les skis. Possibilité de garer une voiture et local vélo. Situé au centre ville à 5 minutes du téléphérique de Serre Chevalier. Ideal pour le vélo ( grands cols des alpes) la randonnée ou l alpinisme.

In the middle of professional retraining, for several months already and prioritizing human contact, I decided to welcome you in this warm and authentic setting. Family, friends, athletes, bikers, be welcome! We are located in Briançon, in the Serre Chevalier valley at an altitude of 1,326 meters at the confluence of 5 valleys. We are both close to all amenities (city center 500 m away, train station 800 m away) and at the start of many hikes and mountain biking.
