Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

To recharge your batteries in Villard de Lans, a friendly and dynamic mid-mountain resort, our studio (south-facing with balcony) is ideally located at the foot of the slopes, cable cars and the start of hikes and mountain bike trails. In winter and summer, you can enjoy many sports activities or relax while enjoying the calm and landscapes of the Vercors. A breath of fresh air less than: 50 minutes from Grenoble, 1 hr 50 minutes from Lyon, 1 hr 30 minutes from Valence.

Le logement se situe à 400m de l'arrêt de bus et seulement 3 km de la station de ski alpin (côte 2000) où vous pourrez pratiquer le VTT de descente. Vous atteindrez (sans véhicule) en dix minutes le village avec ses commerces et en quinze minutes ses multiples aménagements (centre aquatique, patinoire, espace de remise en forme, bowling, cinéma, bibliothèque…).

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee? There is: - a filter machine - a pod machine (Senseo type)

Small studio in Les Glovettes (Villard-de-Lans) with its ski cellar at the slopes. Skis on foot in winter and from beautiful hikes! The accommodation is not large (15m2) but it is super comfortable for a couple... and a child possibly (60x180 heater available) It is located next (50m!) to the convenience store and shops, on the 5th and top floor with an elevator (no neighbors above you!). *** IMPORTANT: 01/01 check-in only from 5:30 pm ***

Authentic Alpine Chalet

Authentic alpine chalet called "Le Veillou" dating from 1931 and which once served as a surveillance for the 1st ski slopes OF VILLARD-DE-LANS. Located on the heights of the village, in the place called "Les Cochettes". Ideal location for departure of many hikes (Col Vert, Cascade de la Fauge,...) and 5 min drive to downtown. The chalet has retained its old-fashioned charm with the comfort necessary for an atypical and natural set-up stay.
