Great apartment, new, clean and quiet. Very close to the historic center. We do not use public transport. The owner of the apartment, Eva, is a wonderful person. Respond to all messages quickly and efficiently. Eva gave us the opportunity to stay in the apartment for three hours on the last day. We didn't have any problems. The entrance is very comfortable. The internet and AC worked perfectly. The apartment has a charming private patio. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. The shower is spacious and has a good flow of hot water. We are very happy with our stay in Eva's apartment. We'll gladly repeat. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

We spent two amazing nights at this place and couldn't be happier. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a perfect getaway. The jacuzzi and fireplace were a real luxury and allowed us to completely unplug. The environment is quiet and friendly, ideal for resting and enjoying as a couple. Paz and Laura were lovely, very attentive and close at all times. We would definitely repeat. Thank you for all!

A charming 130-year-old palace

Fabulous villa, we were 3 families with 6 children and it was a great experience. It has enough rooms to accommodate us. The pool was a lifesaver when we went in June with a few days of pretty hot weather. The house is completely clean, with clean sheets and towels. The kitchen has all the necessary kitchenware (we didn't miss anything), private parking where 3 vehicles fit well, which gives you peace of mind not having to worry about where to park. The host Diego was always in contact and friendly, he answered any questions and gave us tips on the town's establishments. We would definitely repeat.

I’ve stayed in this apartment twice now and I love it. Even though it’s in the centre of Madrid, between the Palace and Plaza Mayor, the apartment is a quiet oasis from the busy streets. With you in the little plaza is a terrific café, Four, with delicious food and specialty coffee and a Peruvian restaurant with ceviche to die for. Can’t recommend it highly enough, can’t wait to go back!
