Holiday rentals with a patio in Villasimius

The view of the sea is beautiful. Anna was always attentive and Marino was also very attentive.

Appartamento vicinissimo al centro, pulito, comodo. Nonostante il bagno sia "cieco" la ventola funziona ottimamente. Cucina attrezzata Federico molto reattivo, cortese e professionale. Lo consiglio vivamente

Tomasso was very helpful before as well as during our stay. He gave us multiple recommendations of where to go as well as of some potential restaurants to try out. The apartment was located in a great area, with restaurants and historical sights all within walkable distance. The beach was easily accessible by bus which was only a few minutes away. The host always felt approachable and friendly, but never to the point where it would be overbearing. Our stay was overall amazing and if we're ever back in Cagliari, we'd choose this place again for our stay.

What an amazin experience, i don't even know where to begin to describe all the advantages of this apartment. Spotless cleanliness, very easy check-in, unusual customer care, warm hosts. In the apartment you will find beach towels, beach chairs, a tourist cooler with inserts, a hat, sunglasses, SPV filter, many cosmetics... I could go on and on. In nearby Pula there are several very good restaurants. In 25-30 minutes you can reach spectacular sandy beaches. I recommend this place. I can not wait to come back.

Thank you for the beautiful accommodation and great communication. From the terrace there was a wonderful view of the Costa Rei and the sea. In the morning it was lovely to watch the sunrise over coffee. In the evening it was again nice to sit with wine. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. If we didn't know something the staff answered us right away. We would be happy to come back here again sometime. :)

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

Vi fullkomligt älskade lägenheten, Cagliari och Sardinien. Mauros lägenhet var fantastisk. Fräsch, modern, underbar takterrass. Läget är väldigt bra med närhet till restauranger och sevärdheter. Livsmedel och bussar till Poetto (stranden) finns nerför backen. Lite jobbigare hem, och de fem trapporna var en utmaning vissa kvällar :) Vi kommer absolut tillbaka till Cagliari och hoppas då bo i denna lägenhet igen.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, sehr sauber und unser persönliches Highlight war die Terrasse mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick aufs Meer, der zum Verweilen einlädt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig auf einem Berg gelegen - ein Mietauto ist von Vorteil, der Strand aber zu Fuss in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mike lief problemlos und schnell. Für all unsere Fragen hatte er blitzschnell Antworten parat.

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Taty hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns das wunderschöne Haus gezeigt. Es ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet - vor allem für einen Urlaub mit Baby/Kind. Alles ist sehr durchdacht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. (Treppengitter, Lätzchen, Hochstuhl, Pürierstab, Spielsachen, etc.) Taty hat uns sogar einen Verstärker für das WLAN organisiert, damit wir es zum Arbeiten auch auf der Terrasse nutzen können. Wir können sowohl das Haus, als auch die Gastgeber zu 100% empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. :)

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits von Villasimius, nur ca. 600m von der nicht sehr stark befahren Hauptstraße entfernt in sehr ruhiger Lage. Es gibt zwei direkt benachbarte Anwesen, die vermutlich auch Ferienhäuser sind, aber jetzt Mitte Oktober standen diese leer. Parken ist direkt vor der Haustür möglich. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist sehr geräumig, ebenso das Haupt-Schlafzimmer sowie der umzäunte Gartenbereich. Alle Fenster und Türen sind mit Moskitonetzen "gesichert". In den Morgenstunden fliegt jedoch sehr wenig bis nix und man kann wunderbar auch im schönen Garten frühstücken :-) Bis zum Meer sind es nur ein paar hundert Meter, wobei der am nächsten liegende Strand nicht der schönste in der Umgebung ist. Man muss aber nicht weit fahren, um schöne felsige Sandstrände zu erreichen, die um diese Jahreszeit auch nicht so stark frequentiert waren. Villasimius selbst erreicht man in 5min mit dem Auto. Dort gibt es schöne Läden, Restaurants und gutes italienisches Eis!!! Empfehlenswert

The owner was always available for us and regularly inquired whether everything was to our satisfaction and also gave us valuable tips about the region. The quiet location and the view are particularly noteworthy. Also the possibility to cook outside was a nice feature.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

The place is really cozy, with good taste and a few minutes by car to Assemini' s downtown, where I found supermarkets, pizzarias and basic amenities! From there, it's possible also to get fast connection by train to Gagliari. I felt that Paolo takes care of the place in all its details and was flexible to do the check in. I also felt that the neighborhood is a safe area.

Wir hatten mit unseren 2 Kinder (4 & 1 Jahr) einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus von Luisanna. Luisanna hat uns sehr nett empfangen und das Haus und den tollen Pool gezeigt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Außendusche hat warmes Wasser, deshalb muss man die etwas kleinerer Dusche im Bad überhaupt nicht nutzen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand von Solanas. Dort kann man kostenlos parken und in dem gemütlichen Beachrestaurant etwas essen und trinken. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall von Vorteil. Wir können es sehr weiterempfehlen.

We werden persoonlijk heel hartelijk ontvangen en er stond een erg leuk welkomstpakket met een koud biertje, wijn met snacks en veel fruit. Helemaal top👍. Het appartement is helemaal compleet ingericht en heeft goede voorzieningen, is gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van het centrum en een aantal heerlijke stranden.Wij raden dit appartement ten zeerste aan en komen zelf ook graag nog een keertje terug. I highly recommend staying at Maurizio's if you are planning a trip to Sardinia. The home is very cozy and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, Maurizio made our stay so memorable with the fresh fruit deliveries and his recommendations to the local beaches and restaurants. We loved seeing the kittens every morning outside our front door and the property is so beautiful and alive. Plus, the beach is very close by and it was so much less crowded then the beaches that we visited in Northern Sardinia. Maurizio's home is a great stay for those who desire a quieter and more peaceful stay in Sardinia, away from the more touristy parts of the island. We would love to come back and stay at Maurizio's.

Propre, bien placé et dans un des endroits que je préfère, en soulignant que je viens du nord de la Sardaigne. Les plages ne sont jamais trop prise d'assaut, même à la mi-août. Je conseille fortement

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment war wie beschrieben und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche gab es alles was man braucht (einschließlich Öl, Essig, Salz Pfeffer, Lappen, Spülmittel usw.)! Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Vi hade några fina dagar i Poetto. Boendet var rent och fint och nära stranden. Silvia är en fantastisk värd. Hon var mycket hjälpsam. Hon svarade snabbt på frågor. Hon gav tydliga instruktioner för lägenheten och bra information om området. Rekommenderar detta boende.

Wir waren vier Tage bei Anto&Gio zu Gast und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und bekamen Empfehlungen für Ausflugsziele, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch sonst waren die Gastgeber immer erreichbar für uns. Frisches Obst, Wasser, Wein, Bier und Eiswürfel standen für uns bereit. Die Wohnung ist sauber, groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sogar mit Blumen aus dem eigenen Garten wurde dekoriert. Die Terrasse mit dem Panoramablick ist sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts super schön. Wir hatten ein Auto (Privatparkplatz vorhanden) und Fahrräder dabei und konnten so die Umgebung erkunden. Vielen Dank für alles!

Jennifer hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet. Die Unterkunft war ein Traum. Besonders hervorheben möchte das es sehr sauber war und es immer toll gerochen hat. Auf der Dachterasse lassen sich bestimmt schöne Abend verbringen wir hatten leider nicht die Zeit dazu. Jennifer ihrer Unterkünfte kann ich klar empfehlen.
