Holiday rentals with a patio in Villaverde

We found the place as the photos show it. We didn't miss anything. Toys for the children were available and beer for the dad was also in the fridge :) The communication with Klaudia worked great. We will certainly book again again.

Absolute recommendation! The flat was spotlessly clean and completely new. We felt right at home. A great terrace with table for breakfast plus a private roof terrace (where you can sunbathe or do your morning sports). The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. The neighbourhood is very conscious and absolutely quiet, you don't even notice that there are other people living there. The flat is perfectly located, you can get to all the interesting places on Fuerteventura by car from here. Whether the most beautiful beaches, hiking, or authentic restaurants. Lee, Kelly and Peter are model hosts. Very friendly and accommodating, always available and helpful and we felt all the time that they had a genuine interest in us enjoying our holiday. We are already looking forward to our return!

Very charming location, very relaxing stay. House with an eco-friendly footprint, equipped with everything you need. The road to access it is unpaved and difficult to travel by motorcycle. Otherwise, everything is fantastic and recommended!

The apartment was lovely and clean. Luca met us at the airport, as he offered a transfer service. So he took us straight to the apartment and showed us everything, gave us recommendations for restaurants, activities and showed us where to shop. We had a lovely relaxed stay and the wine in the fridge was a lovely touch.

The apartment is beautiful, cozy and spacious. Very comfortable to access and to be in. Tranquility and intimacy in the area where it is located. Tini, the hostess, is very kind and helpful. Unbeatable service. We will definitely be back.

A real feel-good place! The location is wonderfully quiet, the apartment lovingly furnished and sparkling clean. We were particularly pleased with the small attentions such as snacks and water as a welcome. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was perfectly equipped. Had a fantastic stay at Casa Ola! Everything was exactly as described and couldn’t have been easier to find. We were able to check in early and nothing was an issue. Great location, very quiet and has everything you need to have a great holiday.

I was the “tour leader” but didn’t actually get to go on the trip due to an accident - however our friends who did go rated their stay very highly & had a terrific time. By all accounts Monica was a “star”!

We had an amazing time at Villa Elena! Every day felt like waking up in a little paradise, surrounded by beautiful plants and birds — and of course, the stunning view of the volcanoes. We felt completely at home in the lovely house and the warm atmosphere of Lajares. Hopefully, we’ll be back soon. Thank you so much!

The living room was very nice! Bali house is a haven of peace! Everything was perfect but it would be nice to change the mattress because hollows are present on both sides and the sheets are yellow with frequent washes. Everything was clean and both bathrooms are really a plus! Host is very responsive and available.

We were a small family team looking for a relaxing vacation at very short notice, and this villa in Lajares was the perfect discovery. The villa itself was a dream - bright, modern, and with an open kitchen that invited cooking and eating. The heated pool on the sun terrace was the perfect place to relax. And when we weren't in the villa, we were only 10 minutes from the stunning beaches. The villa was so spacious that we never got in each other's way,. We felt like home, only much, much better. A super nice, cozy and lovingly furnished cottage with a wonderful, naturally integrated terrace. The house is slightly elevated, so you have a wonderful view of the mountains, the surrounding extensive valley and Lajares itself. We think it's the best location in town. Shopping for coffee, very tasty restaurants (especially the Lebanese Oum had us) and cafes (Arco Cafe - own roastery, best coffee in town!, Avocadotoast, awesome!). The house is located on the edge of a very active new development area - it did not bother us, as the terrace is on the applied side. Equipment, rooms, on-site management: absolutely top! We were surprised that the house has two separate apartments, the smaller of which served us parents as a refuge from our teenagers. Also great for two families or families with grandparents. Juanfra has been the perfect host: always attentive to anything we need during our stay and taking care of every detail. From the moment we formalized the reservation, he contacted us to accommodate our needs and was reachable during our visit to Fuerteventura to help us with whatever we were asked to come up. The house is very cozy and is just as seen in the photos. With a terrace to enjoy the pool and barbecue. The bed is super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to use it. The location is perfect, as it is in the capital, and in a neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle, very quiet, safe, no noise to rest. It is parked on the street without a problem. Without a doubt, it is a place to stay that we would return to if the island is again and we also recommend to any traveler that is dropped by lands majoreras.

Couldn’t be happier with our stay! I have now lived in 2 out of the 3 apartments next to each other and they were both great. David was very open minded and happy to help with any concerns or glassware requests of ours at a very swiftly manner. The location is 10/10 and perfect if you (like me) prefer to tan at your own crib instead of the beach! Almost don’t want to be too positive on here as I don’t want it to be sold out for my next visit 🙈 Oh also, let’s be honest, the true gem was the little landlord doggo, the highlight of my trip 100% 🐶🐾 Will be back!!

Lovely cool apartment, very close to swimming pools and poolside cafe but quiet with private balcony at back of apartment. Would recommend and will return next year if possible. Beautiful complex and very well maintained with friendly hard working staff.

Fabulous apartment with everything you need on hand. Great host,very helpful. Location is amongst other houses so there is a bit of noise occasionally. Some building work was happening in opposite property but I’m sure this wasn’t the usual occurrence. All said it was a fabulous stay with great facilities and very comfortable.

Great apartment with perfect location just by the beach. Stunning views from the terrace and living room. Both Amanay and Marisa were quick and accommodating. We would gladly return.

Could not recommend Irina's airbnb more! We were met by Irina's husband at check in, they allowed us to check in an hour early which was so helpful. The apartment was spotless and smelt so fresh and clean, everything you would need is in there including beach towels and chairs. Location wise it is less than 10 minutes to the beach and great restaurants making our stay so relaxed and laid back, and for the price compared to hotels in the area this was a steal. My only comment is there is no built in AC, there are some fans in the apartment. For us visiting in the end of May this was fine as the apartment keeps cool, but I don't know how it would be in the middle of summer. Wonderful stay regardless!

We had a wonderful stay in Playa Blanca! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect — close to beaches, shops, and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Playa Blanca!

Laura's apartment is a true gem! Lovingly furnished, very well maintained, and spotlessly clean, it offers everything for short or long stays: spacious rooms, coziness, peace, privacy, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, washing machine, hi-speed WiFi, smart TV, super comfy beds, sofas, lounge furniture, and plenty of storage space. I felt instantly welcome and at home! The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly too. The huge roof terrace is an absolute dream! Perfect for working, eating, relaxing, or hanging out with priceless panoramic views of Lanzarote, Lobos Island, the harbor, and even the dunes! Wonderful peaceful location, yet just 3 min. walk to restaurants & cafés at the picturesque harbor or to the HyperDino, and 5 minutes to the first beach. Laura is such a sweetheart! Always available and helpful: the perfect host! Valerio on-site is fantastic too: reliable, responsive, friendly, and highly professional. Absolutely TOP recommendation! 💜 I love it & I'll be back ASAP!

Always a joy to be back at Eduardo’s apartment. The location is fantastic and the apartment has everything one could wish for to cook and have a fantastic stay. The terrace is beautiful and sun/wind protected so you can spend time outside even if it’s a bit windy. Eduardo and his family are wonderfull and kind hosts. Super highly recommended and looking forward to coming back soon!
