You would be a 5-minute walk from the center of Villaz (bakery, butcher, cheese shop, bar, restaurant, supermarket 7 days a week...). You have private parking in front of the accommodation. A unique space of 64 m2 plus terrace and garden: Including: A 20 m2 studio with kitchenette, comfortable and practical sofa bed, rapido type, overlooking a 12 m2 terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and its Romantic garden. On the lower level, the 45 m2 spa area with Jacuzzi, sauna and large round bed for your nights in the magic of a plant decor, special care has been given to the materials including 2 basins cut from blocks of Carrara marble.

We have no neighbours so you will feel well-rested!

You will be able to take full advantage of the place and of the numerous facilities put at your disposal (1 paddleboard, BBQ, ...) for sports, nature, discovery or relaxing holidays. Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.

Located on 850 m2 of land, close to forests, pastures, at the foot of the Parmelan and marked trails for hiking. 2 electric heaters, 1 pellet stove. Sheets included. Towels 8 euros/person

Le Mazot étoilé (sunroof!)

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
