Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. The sleeping area and its designer bed for a comfortable night and finally the dining area.

Nestled in the heart of the Ronsard Valley, this peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in a green setting, this space invites you to relax and unwind. In the village of Couture-sur-Loir you will find a bakery/grocery store/tobacconist. A greenway reserved for walkers and bicycles is accessible not far from the house. Close to the Chartre-sur-le-Loir, a village of flea markets, and the Bercé forest, as well as the Marçon lake.

Enjoy an exceptional location to visit the historic heart of France, in Touraine on the site of the Pays De Racan and close to the Loir Valley, 45 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, 5 minutes by car from the Clarté Dieu 5 minutes and the Domaine de la Fougeraie. The house has a Canadian well, it is a geothermal system that cools the air of the house. However, you must keep the shutters closed when the sun hits the bay windows.

Perfect for two people, two others can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which is comfortable. A boat with electric motor, two kayaks and a paddleboard are also available. Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, piano, guitar, everything is there to spend a pleasant weekend or a nice vacation.
