Le linge de maison est fourni : draps, serviettes de toilette, torchons. Aux beaux jours, vous pourrez profiter de la terrasse orientée plein sud. This detached house of 85m2 is located in a peaceful corner in the heart of the municipality of Villedieu sur Indre (10 minutes from Châteauroux ), ideal for discovering the golf course of Val de l 'Indre, easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A20 motorway. The accommodation has been renovated and set up to accommodate a maximum of 6 people ( ideal for 4). A set of amenities are at your disposal, linens and bath towels are in place as well as breakfast essentials.

The house has been completely renovated, priority to comfort, volume and low energy consumption (B label). It consists of 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two bathrooms to accommodate 6 people. The decoration I did is chic, modern and colorful, embellished with books and some LEGO, of which I am a fan :)
