In the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. This historic home is the perfect spot for an authentic Spanish holiday in Benidorm. With a spacious patio to enjoy the the weather, connected to kitchen and living room to create amazing memories and experiences with your family and friends. The interior of this restored house is charming and welcoming. Guests can enjoy two bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Each of them with bathroom. The location is at the heart of downtown a few meters from the beach.

A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.
