The studio is new and has a private terrace in a very quiet dead end ideal for enjoying summer evenings. It is very bright, and close to the sea (3 km), close to the Millac saltworks, 15' from the safari "wild planet" and 30' from the island of Noirmoutier. Various activities are possible on site ( ping-pong, pétanque, barbecue, possibility on request of loan of equipment for shrimp fishing). The surroundings are suitable for walking and/or cycling.
