Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Villette, Paris

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr ruhiges, sauberes Wohngebiet, ideal um vom Trubel im Paris runter zu kommen. Vielleicht ein anderes Mal wieder

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Unterkunft war sehr privat & schön. Auch Jessica war sehr gut erreichbar & äußerst hilfsbereit. Es war alles da, von Geschirr über Töpfe bis hin zu Bettwäsche & Waschmaschine. Sogar Waschpulver, wer keine Allergie hat, hätte es nutzen können. Ein kleines Heft im Wohnbereich hatte auch ein paar Tipps zu Unternehmungen & Erklärungen zum Haus. Leider nur auf französisch, aber mit moderner Technik schnell übersetzt. Einfach fotografieren und vom Handy übersetzten lassen. Der Park ist nicht sehr weit, mit Blick über Paris & Nachbarschaft ist recht ruhig. Wenn man nach Paris z.B. zum Eifelturm will dauert es fast eine Stunden mit Bus & Bahn. Aber die Anbindung ist gut & günstig. Für Deutsche eher gewöhnungsbedürftig war die laute Heizung beim Duschen, wegen der dünnen Wände. Aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir haben und ganz wohl gefühlt und sind sehr zufrieden.

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Erwan is an amazing host! The location is perfect and very close by the Stade France (walking distance). We made a mistake with the key, and Erwan was really helpful and calm to help us fix the problem. You can trust him a lot! I really recommend you stay here, feel at home instantly with lots of help and support!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Die Lage ist toll. Man ist in wenigen Minuten mit der Metro in der City. Der Markt direkt vor der Tür war für uns ein Highlite. die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich. Toller typisch Pariser Altbau. Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. sogar der Kühlschrank war gefüllt Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

Ich kann mich den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Ein toller Blick aus dem Appartement. Wir waren das erste Mal in Paris und daher war es für uns sehr wichtig und hilfreich, dass der Gastgeber sehr schnell kommuniziert hat. Er hat auch während des Aufenthalts gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Ganz toll. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Lovely apartment in great location. Nadav’s place has a spectacular view of Sacre Coeur and the Paris skyline. The flat is immaculately designed and contains some really lovely art, ceramics, etc. It’s really cosy, is equipped to the highest standard and has a useful workspace. The 2nd Arrondissement is a cool place to stay, close to the central tourist attractions but with a great vibe of its own. Nadav was a splendid host, keeping in touch in the run-up to our stay and very responsive to the few questions we had. I’d recommend this to anyone seeking a modern, chic place in a super district of Paris.

Communication ahead of our stay was clear and helpful, check-in was also easy and right on time. The apartment is clean, it had everything we needed and it’s in a great area. The hosts were also accommodating and kind.

The apartment was clean, modern, and completely adorable. The pictures are true to life. The kitchen is well stocked and useable, the bed is comfortable. There is no aircon but the building walls kept the worst of the summer heat out. Heejin and Sigrid were amazing hosts. They were very helpful with our different check in time and even found us a safe place downstairs to store our pram to avoid carrying it upstairs to the apartment every time. A note regarding the location: it was useful and convenient to be near several metro stations, supermarkets, and the Gare du Nord. The area was quite noisy until very late at night (2-3pm even during the weekdays). This did affect our sleep since we needed to keep the windows open for air in the summer heat. If you are not needing the windows open, or not so sensitive to noise, then it wouldn’t affect you.

JHouse is a lovely mix of modern comfort in a vintage building. Love the neighborhood and would happily return here. Johnny was very responsive and accommodating.

l' appartamento dii Sandra è quasi un miracolo, per l organizzazione perfetta su uno spazio abbastanza limitato ( ricordiamoci che siamo comunque a Parigi ). Punti di forza principali sono: la pulizia eccellente, la comodità del letto e la disponibilità e reattività di Sandra (magnifica ). E tutto corrisponde alla descrizione. Lo consiglio pienamente a chiunque voglia fare un soggiorno a Parigi per qualche giorno.

Présents à l'arrivée et au départ, ils ont été à l'écoute et ont tout fait pour que notre séjour soit top. Nous avons découvert Montreuil, une ville jeune et très sympa, animée mais aux rues calmes et sûres. La maison: belle déco, pièces bien distribuées, très fonctionnelles, le salon et la salle à manager peuvent accueillir 8 invités, les canapés, les fauteuils sont confortables. tout est propre, clair, lumineux. La cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manager est équipée d'electro-menager récent et haut de gamme (bosch, samsung...),salles de bains spacieuses et les deux chambres sur le jardin sont lumineuses et les literies super confortables, avec des matelas récents (king size et queen size), certains fermes et très fermes, d'autres moelleux. Nous n'avons pas essayé le canapé-lit, mais on est bien assis, donc... A noter: deux des quatre chambres donnent sur la rue, où passe une ligne de bus (bien pratique pour aller a Vincennes), donc si vous êtes insoniaque ou avez le sommeil très léger, choisissez les deux chambres sur le jardin. Le jardin était en fleurs quand nous avons séjourné. Plusieurs tables, chaises longues et transats permettent de s'isoler pour bouquiner. Nous avons eu la chance de le voir ensolleillé toute la journée. C'est un havre de paix et de verdure, apprécié des oiseaux, des papillons...et des humains, petits et grands ;-) En résumé: vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vous serez, comme nous, sous le charme.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux d’Audrey. La maison est grande, très propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Le salon, la cuisine ainsi que les extérieurs sont impeccables. Nous avons passé une très belle soirée, avec au programme : barbecue et jacuzzi. Un grand merci à Audrey !

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

Très bon logement,très joliment décoré avec la toile de Jouy (papier peint,coussin ..) très bien équipé. Très bon accueil par le gérant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Je recommande.

I went to Sophie’s place as I was getting married in Paris and needed a place large enough for me and my family who were flying over with me. The house was amazing, spacious and even more beautiful than it seems in the pictures! Sophie was very friendly and responsive. It was all really great.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Gegend. Mit Uber dauert es ca. 30 Minuten bis Zentrum von Paris. Das Haus entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geräumig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefüllt. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu hat immer reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung!

I would not hesitate to book this Airbnb. Great location near Ternes metro. Short walk to a grocery store and fresh fruits and vegetables. The apartment looked as nice in person as in the photos. Martin was very easy to communicate with. Wish we could have stayed longer.
