Soak up the sun from fm to evening or the cooling shade among the trees on this own promontory. Discover the lake's many islands and coves by kayak or fish with the rowing boat. Barbecue and larger outdoor dining group as well as several different seating areas. Perfect for families and larger groups. The houses are suitable for 12 people, but there is sleeping space for 18 people.

This unique place is located next to the edge of the forest but still close to shops and good public transportation, furnished with care and thought. Enjoy the warm sauna with views over the forest, cool off outside on the large front porch surrounded by the peace and quiet of the forest. Then sleep well surrounded by a calm and pleasant atmosphere, wake up alert, rested and curious about the new day's discoveries

Valley Schoolhouse & Studio , Värmland, Ölsdalen

A unique chance to live in a beautiful Schoolhouse from the 1880s, located in Värmland. The house is located on a farm and we live next to the Schoolhouse but with a distance that makes it feel private for both. The Schoolhouse has its own private garden and a big porch with a lake view. We arrange different packages of hiking, that includes breakfast, lunch or dinner in an outside setting. Please let us know in advance if you would like to experience the forest in a unique and exclusive way.

Lovely vacation home for those who like animals and nature! Here you can fish, swim, hike and cycle. In the nearby area, there are several nature reserves as well as hiking and biking trails. You have access to a simple rowing boat (life jackets can be borrowed) and your own swimming cove or you can borrow our jetty where you can dive or fish. We are located between Örebro and Karlskoga in Norhammar. Towels and sheets are not included. For an additional cost, there is a rental from the host.

Apartment on a farm in the beautiful countryside

This apartment is part of a converted row of workers’ cottages on our farm, which is situated on the edge of the Kilsbergen mountain range, 2 kilometres south of the village of Mullhyttan. Parts of the apartment is newly renovated and contains everything you will need for staying. In the surrounding countryside there are beautiful walking paths. The local bus stops 250 metres from the front door. You will find a lovely lake for swimming 4 kilometres away,and the large town Örebro 40 km away.

Toilet, shower as well as drinking water. The bathroom is shared with another cottage, meaning that you won't have the bathroom all by yourself.

Welcome to our charming holiday home by the lake! With an area of 65 sqm and the ability to accommodate up to 10 people (6 in the main house and 4 in the guest house), this accommodation is perfect for larger families or friends. With only 30 meters distance to the lake, you can enjoy a fantastic view and easy access to our private dock. Take a refreshing morning swim, relax on the dock or jump into the sauna overlooking the lake that can accommodate up to 6 people.

Studio 1-4 persons with pool and sauna

Our studio, built in 2016 is situated close to the city but still in the countryside. There are three beds - one single bed at the loft and a sofa bed (queen size) in the combined kitchen and living room. If there are requests, we can also arrange space for a fourth person on a mattress at the loft. Large bathroom with sauna. 28 sqm with bathroom and loft. Pool and garden are shared with the host family. A newly built outdoor gym is 100 meters from the studio.
