We had a fantastic stay at this Apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Denisa was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was perfect, close to public transport. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The stay was great, walking distance to a lot of bars, restauraunts and close enough to the city centre. Quite the nice peaceful area, and with a great terrace to relax on. all in all a great place to stay!

We verbleven hier tijdens de 1000 km van Kom Op Tegen Kanker en hadden een fantastische ervaring. De host was altijd bereikbaar, reageerde positief en toonde veel flexibiliteit bij al onze vragen. Het appartement is piekfijn verzorgd: alles is zeer proper, van uitstekende kwaliteit en perfect in orde. Dankzij de ligging in de hoofdwinkelstraat vind je alles op wandelafstand, en er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid in de buurt. Een echte aanrader!

My friend and I stayed for a few days in Emmanuelle's cozy kot because we had to be in Bruxelles for a festival. Our stay was absolutely delightful and everything went smoothly. Emmanuelle was really sweet and communcative. Merci beaucoup!

Had a great stay. Place was very clean and had everything I needed. Had a show at the Brussels expo and it was a nice and short walk. Very convenient. Jelena is very response, helpful and provided perfect instructions. Highly recommend

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement pendant 4 jours sur Bruxelles. Tout était parfait ! Le logement est conforma aux photos, tout est propre rien à redire ! La terrasse est super pour profiter du soleil ☀️ Nous recommandons vivement et espérons revenir bientôt 🙂

Das Apartment hat uns gut gefallen! Der Check-In verlief ohne Probleme. das Apartment war sauber und für 2 Personen ideal geeignet. Die Küche voll ausgestattet und eine Waschmaschine verfügbar, klein aber fein. Die Terasse war ordentlich mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln top. Insgesamt auch eine ruhige Verkehrslage (außer Flugverkehr) Aber nicht störend:)

Christ & Co war ein toller Gastgeber. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell und sehr freundlich geantwortet. Das Appartement war hervorragend ausgestattet und sauber. Für uns war der private Stellplatz sehr wichtig und die Nähe zur Brüsseler Innenstadt. Wir würden einen Aufenthalt in Brüssel und in diesem Appartement empfehlen.

El departamento es muy bello, todo luce nuevo y limpio. Es súper amplio y con todo lo que puedas llegar a necesitar para tu estadía. Lo único mejorable es el espacio que hay para el inodoro ya que resulta un tanto incómodo. Pero el resto del alojamiento es extremadamente cómodo y de excelente calidad.

3 jours à Bruxelles dans un joli appartement entièrement refait à neuf. Malgré de grosses chaleurs et l'appartement sous les toits, les fenêtres permettaient de générer un courant d'air qui rafraichissait la pièce et la situation de l'appartement près du parc elisabeth et entouré de verdure a été un plus. De plus possibilité de laisser sa voiture juste au pied de l'immeuble et gratuitement, métro bus et tram à environ 5 à 600 m.

Het apartement bevindt zich in een blok met meerdere apartementen, nooit gemerkt dat we buren hadden. Heel rustige locatie en toch dichtbij centrum. Makkelijk toegankelijk en ruime plaats voor het gebouw om te parkeren. In het apartement is alles voorzien voor een aangenaam verblijf, alles is er quasi nieuw en onderhouden.

Logement fidèle aux photos dans un endroit calme et facile d’accès. Le propriétaire est très réactif, je recommande vivement.

Cecil’s husband was very kind. The apartment was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. It contained everything we needed. It is near to an underground station and to plenty of buses so it is easy to reach the city centre and the atomium. The district is multicultural with an amazing variety of shops and restaurants of different nationalities.

Really beautiful and spacious apartment. Kitchen was very well equipped. The only minor issue was that we would have preferred the bed to be a bit higher off the ground, but it was still very comfy and always had a good nights sleep. It's very easy to get into the city centre, and we enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood.

We had a wonderful stay at Emile’s apartment! Emile met us at the suite and helped us get in, which was especially appreciated since we were traveling with two kids and lots of luggage. The apartment was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located in a central area that made getting around easy. One of the highlights was the beautiful outdoor space, complete with comfortable furniture that made it a lovely spot to relax. The apartment itself was quiet and peaceful, and the individual AC units in each area kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Emile and his wife were incredibly responsive and sent us detailed instructions on how to enter the apartment, which made check-in a breeze. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!

Léa, is a fantastic host. The apartment is spacious, with a beautiful kitchen and lounge area. Although the bedroom has no windows, the two doors allow the air to move freely. Pictures are accurate. A lot of shops in the area and a stone throw from Merode metro station. An ironing board was not available but not needed for me.

C’était super, court mais un appartement très cosy et le jaccuzi est vraiment un élément en plus. De plus, notre hôte a été super chaleureuse (même la décoration) et très disponible

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and stylish. Beds were really comfy and close to shops and only a 20 minute walk from Grand Place. We especially enjoyed the sauna, great addition. Zawar was really helpful and made sure everything was okay whilst we stayed. Thank you for having us.

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.

This was a lovely place and only about 5 blocks from the train station. One thing to note, if coming from the train station, don't ask for a taxi just use Uber. I tried to get a taxi because i had a lot of luggage, and it was 88°F, and the taxi driver kicked me once he saw the address and I had to walk. They other thing, make sure you bring everything with you, there was no shampoo, gel soap or any snacks or water. It's strictly a place to stay. But, knowing all of this, I would definitely recommend! There's a patio or back, the bed and the couches were very comfortable, and i felt safe there.

Amazing location in the heart of Brussels! The apartment was just as described, and the two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms were very convenient. Fernando was also very accommodating with many asks and overall a very pleasant stay.
