Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Vimmerby

Such a lovely, peaceful slice of nature! We felt right at home in the house and went on lots of walks around the area. Also lot of day trips to towns and attractions nearby!

Rico is a great host and the place was nice and clean!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole and Tobias house. It is a truly extraordinary experience to spend time in such a remote place. We could see the most beautiful starry nights and at days you could hear and see a lot of animals around the house. Nicole was quick replying, proactive and even brought us some of the eggs her hens laid and Tobias gave us a warm welcome even though we arrive pretty late at night. We had an altogether great time and would love to come back sometime.

We had a lovely few days at Anneli's house. It is located in a quiet area overlooking a lake. The house was clean upon our arrival and the check-in was straightforward. Outside there are several seating options and a barbecue. Only the entrance area is modernly designed downstairs, the kitchen and living room are a little older but very cozy. We felt immediately comfortable and would be happy to come back.

What we were looking for: A relaxing time in Sweden. What we found: A "home away from home". We felt comfortable from the first moment. The cottage is lovingly and cozy. A wonderful place for relaxing days in Sweden with great activities in the area for children. The garden is beautiful for a relaxing time in the hammock or a round of kicking and playing in the sandbox. Micha and Katja were great hosts who welcomed us warmly and helped us with tips and information. We would come back anytime!

We had a great stay in this house! The kitchen has everything you need and a little more, there are clear instructions from the host in advance and there is also a nice booklet with a lot of information for tourists available on the kitchen counter. The nicest thing is the sheep grazing right outside the house, it was really idyllic to sit on the terrace and watch the sheep frolic around. The house is located in a really nice residential area with walking distance to the city center. All in all, we recommend this house and will want to stay here again :)

Perfect for our trip with five adults. Good social spaces both indoors and outdoors. Large well-equipped kitchen. Please check back again.

We felt very comfortable in Ewa's villa. Everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail - wonderful. The spacious house is beautifully situated on the lake. We were often able to go canoeing. There is a great garden with many seats to relax. We enjoyed the time very much. Ewa is really very nice and helpful.

We spent a few nights here and it was the perfect oasis away from city life. The aesthetics felt like walking into a well curated design magazine but with the comfort and coziness of a peaceful escape. Christin’s place had all the amenities we needed and had a great amount of local recommendations, and she was super responsive when we had questions. Would stay again!

Fantastic, very nicely decorated (the wallpaper! the patchwork rugs!), bright and spacious house with heated pool. Everything we needed was there, and everything looked new and clean. Irene is a super nice and helpful hostess and we felt like we were visiting friends. The house is absolutely quiet in the middle of meadows and forests, and the view of the lake, the trees and the meadows with the wild geese was incredibly beautiful. We'd love to come back 🤩

Zoltan is an amazing host! He went way above and beyond in welcoming our group, making sure to give instructions on things and he can be easily reached thru communication channels in case of problems such as water heating. Overall, the place was very private with nearby lake to visit, beds are comfy, barbeque grill is available and we had a really great time!

Hubertus and Jennifer are wonderful hosts: They are friendly, respectful and helpful. The lodge was perfect for our stay, we really enjoyed the house and the sauna. Everything is spot clean and comfortable. We definitely recommend staying there! :)

The house is very beautiful and comfortable, has a great location with a beautiful view from the terrace, where you can be secluded. We had enough time to clean, no one bothered us, which was nice. We also had instructions for using the house and a list of attractions on the island. Special thanks for the Easter gift! We were very pleased with it

very nice Schwedenhausen in Vimmerby in the forest, not far from a lake. Everything you need on vacation is available in the kitchen. Good starting point for activities around Vimmerby. Very nice host who was always available and gave good tips for the area.

We stayed 1 week in the beautiful cottage, which is beautifully quiet. There is a lot of nature and many beautiful sights nearby. It was great that there were toys for our daughter and also a baby crib and high chair were set up for us. Wonderful to sit in front of the warm stove in the evening for two. All in all a very nice, clean, tidy and child-friendly accommodation.

We stayed in this great house for 1 week, preferably fishing. It's great that a paddle boat is provided and the lake is a dream. We caught a lot of pikes but not a perch ! Strange but true :D Tip: at the very back under the bridge , you can take the boat to the other side of the lake! Great place and everything as described !

We had a fabulous stay with Patrik! Sadly we only had the late afternoon until the next morning, since we were just driving through but we would definitely stay again! Patrik has a dog himself and my pup had a friend while we stayed there! The little house has everything you need and if there is anything you need to ask, Patrik and his family are right next door! Thank you Patrik for the very nice welcome and I hope to come visit again 😊

An experience we will never forget. Julia and her family welcomed us in a very nice way. An accommodation beyond the ordinary that the children were completely taken by. We would be glad to come back!
