Nice apartment, nice place, very friendly concierges, everything was clean, the only thing I think is missing, are more blankets, and more cleaning supplies, a cloth to wipe the floor and toilet paper, since there were only a few, also a hair dryer, the rest, everything was fine 👍🏽

Mariana is an excellent host, she guided us very well with everything and was always very kind in her recommendations. The view of the Loft is amazing, panoramic view of the plan and the sea in the background. The Loft is spacious and comfortable and the location is good as it is a few minutes from the plan. Sure we come back!

The house is more beautiful than seen by photos, it has a closed quincho (although it also has windows) and is next to the house, it has several old decoration details, it has all the kitchen utensils (there is no need to carry anything), Valentina and Gladys are very friendly and respond quickly any concerns, with security we will return

This is truly a one of a kind unique place to stay in Valparaiso. The location is perfect, the neighborhood was funky with lots of small restaurants and boutiques nearby. Of course there was street art everywhere. We were a few blocks from a bakery and small market that we frequented multiple times. The house itself was a historic and beautifully maintained building. It was enormous, somehow even bigger than the pictures. There were lots of interesting old knickknacks throughout the house. The view from the upper room was beautiful. Pablo was a very gracious host and we were met by Cecelia who went out of her way to make us comfortable despite the language barrier. On top of it all we were met with a bottle of Chilean wine. Can’t recommend enough.

We loved staying here!! The apartment was perfect - exactly as described and as shown in the pictures, great location and spotlessly clean. It felt like staying at a hotel! Communication was excellent throughout and we appreciated being met in person for check in. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. The apartment is spacious, cozy, well maintained and met our expectations. The bathrooms were extremely clean, especially the bathtubs. The balcony offers a beautiful view, perfect for enjoying the sunsets. The enclosed garage accommodated exactly one Nissan X-Trail. The concierge Cristian was always attentive and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped, with all the necessary utensils. We missed an electric coffee maker, but we already knew there was only one French coffee maker. The apartment has three heaters, which helped a lot in the cold weather. The TV and internet worked well, and the dishwasher made the routine easier. As a point of improvement, we highlight that the curtains in the rooms need repairs to the rail fastening, in addition to not being blackout. It's an old apartment, as described in the listing, but very clean, organized and with beautiful views: sea in the living room and city in the kitchen. We'd definitely come back!

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and spacious, the view of the sea is beautiful. Ibrahim, the very concerned host, answered all my questions very quickly and gave us all the previous instructions in great detail, we also had very good communication whenever it was needed. I definitely recommend it! My only observation is that the shower in the master bedroom bathroom leaks water through a space and it would also be good to renovate pots and pans. Everything else is impeccable, especially the bedrooms, a very complete kitchen and with everything needed for a beautiful vacation.
