There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. Our renovated cottage located in the heart of Bakony Hills, surrounded by forests. 100 year old cottage totally renovated, refurnished on a rustic and cosy way. *Romantic bedroom with kingsize bed, direct entrance to the terrace and garden. *Living room with a huge sofa (also easily be turned to a kingsize double bed), well equiped kitchen. *Rustic design bathroom. *Huge garden, closed area for cars. *WIFI connection. *Unlimited coffee, tea, 1 bottle of local wine for welcome drink.

Our house offers a quiet retreat in the middle of orchards, vines, and fields, where you don't have to give up on modern and clean comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want silence, you don't have to move out, the sun goes around the building, it's impossible to enjoy the beauty of the neighborhood and the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we cannot accommodate children (0-16 years)

The price does not include breakfast, it can be requested separately. Two electric scooters provide transportation in Keszthely.

Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.
