Quiet neighborhood, easily accessible, 10 minutes from the A10 exit and also from the historic center of Blois, 5 minutes' walk from shops (supermarket, bakery, newsstand, tobacco shop). The south bank of the Loire and access to the Loire à Vélo bike path are close to the property.

The house is in a quiet and family-friendly area, close to amenities: bakery, tobacco/press 2 min walk. Supermarket / pharmacy 5 min drive. A stay between city and countryside on the wine route and the Loire by bike.

La Petite Maison

Welcome to La Petite Maison. We welcome you to a 60 m2 house, completely renovated in 2022. Ideally located at the foot of the "La Loire à Vélo" bike path, less than 10 km from the castles of Blois and Chambord. It has a fully equipped kitchen, open to a bright living room, two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the other with two single beds, a bathroom and separate toilet. An enclosed garden allows you to relax in the shade of a cherry tree.

House with garden perfectly located between city and countryside in a green and relaxing setting 15 minutes from Chambord and Cheverny castles, 35 minutes from Beauval Zoo, 40 minutes from Clos Lucé and 10 minutes from shops. For your information, we prefer to specify that we will not be able to welcome you personally because we live in Brittany but we remain of course available at any time and a key box allows easy access to the accommodation.
