Monthly Rentals in Vĩnh Trung

This is the nicest apartment I've stayed at in Da Nang. It's basically brand new and is a loft style layout with floor to ceiling windows offering an excellent view of the airport, allowing you to watch the planes take off. The sound insulation is good and unlike many of the buildings closer to the beach, there are no issues with humidity/dampness. The apartment is on the top floor of a mixed-use building on a main street that makes it easy to go all the restaurants and cafes in Hai Chau. It's also really not that far from the beach side of the river either. If you want to enjoy Da Nang but not have to deal with the craziness and traffic of My An in the high season, this is a really good spot. The hosts are friendly and very responsive.

Everything was fine. The location is central, close to the airport and Ham Rong Bridge. The room was very clean and same as shown in the pictures

Spacious apartment and 2 double beds. It was a space where 6 people could sleep, even with low mattresses. 2 bathrooms Public swimming pool on the 4th floor of the bathroom. There is a market nearby. The host's kindness is also very good. The restaurant recommendations and responses are fast. I intend to revisit.

Mike's place was very clean and private, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is close to both the airport and train station in Da Nang, though a bit far from the beach. Overall, it was a great experience - I would definitely stay here again if I return to Da Nang!
