The tour and ski slopes start right outside the cabin door. In 2018, the magazine "Hytteliv" had a 10-page article about the cabin. The cabin has a very high standard and consists of 5 bedrooms (room for 16 people), 2 living rooms + basement living room with billiards, darts and massage chair. 2 bathrooms + 2 WC, laundry room, gym etc. The cabin is perfect for the extended family or several families.

New family friendly cottage Rauland with panoramic views

We rent our holiday paradise on Rauland. The cabin was new winter 2023 and is located on a hill with panoramic views of Lake Totak. Short distance to the city center (4 km). The area offers great hiking possibilities in the summer and winter. In the winter you can buckle up at the cabin and exit the trail network in Rauland which is over 150 km. If you drive 15 minutes you are in the slopes of Holtardalen. If you walk 10 minutes you will get to nice sandy beaches at Totak. More hiking trails in forest terrain in the immediate vicinity

Rofshus

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity, wood for firing and cleaning. Newly renovated plinth apartment in a farm house. We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

Stables with charm

Sjarmerende stall fra 1800-tallet, med ny vri! Stallen er nyrenovert og har plass til fire voksne som er svært glad i hverandre. Det er enkel standard i stallen, uten bad og med utedo. Stallen er plassert rett ved en rennende bekk og innsjøen Totak, med sandstrand som nærmeste nabo! På vinteren går det skispor rett utenfor. Det er god plass til parkering på stedet. Stallen står i nærhet til hovedhuset på tomta, men har sin egne private uteplass rett ved bekken. Sengetøy kan leies på stedet.

Kringsjå - Panoramic hut

In the winter of 2022, we used this lovely cabin which provides you with a striking panoramic view of Totak and Raulandsfjell. The cabin is located in a quiet cabin field, with immediate proximity to hiking terrain in the forest, and ski trails in the winter. There is only a 10 minute walk down to a lovely beach at Totak, and the trading center of Krossen is only 3.5 km away, with a walking/biking trail all the way. It is about 15 minutes to drive to the ski tracks in Holtardalen/Ski Center.

Beautiful handcrafted log cabin at Haukeli with Ski in/out from Haukelifjell Skisenter. At 970 m above the ocean, the snow is guaranteed in the winter, and beautiful hikes start 20m from the door. 18 beds- unable to update from 16 persons due to Airbnb limitations :-) You drive all the way to the main entrance door. Make memories for a lifetime in this unique and family-friendly space. The cabin is located right next to a waterfall and a charcoal where you can swim. It has stunning views of Totak and there is a short way to the beach. In autumn, there are lots of berries on the plot and the cabin is undisturbed in relation to the house and road. You can walk straight up the high mountains from the cabin. All animals are welcome in the yard. Here we emphasize the natural and peaceful. Welcome!

Two bedroom cottage has accessto lake.

Summer: the cabin is 1 min from the lake just walking distance at the back of the main house. We have sitting area by the lake and sitting area by the small river (this is nearest to the cabin). Feel free to choose. Winter: The cottage is a 20 mins drive to Rauland Ski Center. You can also ski on the frozen lake. Cross country is also a possibility near the area. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Has access to lake. Great way to spend your summer.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Private lawn and fire pit. Approximately 100-150 m from the house you have access to a swimming area, boat, volleyball court, playground and football field. Roller ski slope of 1 km and ski slopes of 2, 3, 5, 10 and 25 km just below the house. Joker, gas station and cafeteria with pub within walking distance. The place is about 20-30 min from Dalen, Lårdal, Åmot, Rauland and Seljord.
