Great place and even better host! From the very beginning, great contact – quick answers, help in every matter, zero stress. He greeted us very warmly, told us about the area, advised what to see and where to go. He also offered to pick us up and take us to the airport, which was super convenient. And there was a bottle of local wine waiting for us – a totally nice gesture, he didn't have to do it at all! The apartment itself is very comfortable, with air conditioning (which is a salvation in the Croatian heat), so you can easily set the perfect temperature. The neighborhood is also a plus – close to a bus stop, a local shop and a larger market, everything is literally at hand. We recommend it with all our heart – a really cool place and a great host. If we were to come back, we would not hesitate to come here again :)

This place is A+! The apartments are nice and provide everything you need, but what makes it really special are the kind hosts who are always available to help and so kind! The pools were the perfect way to beat the summer heat and the jacuzzi was amazing. They even lit some candles for us when they found out it was our anniversary. The surroundings are nice and quiet and peaceful and the sea is very close. Matilda and her husband also provide a sauna, open bar (free), lots of kids toys, gym, darts, BBQ, and much more! Definitely recommend it!!

Vladi is the kindest and most helpful airbnb host I have ever had. His place was absolutely wonderful for our family of 4. The beach and so many other things to do are extremely close. This was mostly for vacation, but I also had a bit of business in Zlatne Stijen, which was about an hour walk. After driving and walking around Pula, we are so glad we stayed at Vladi's in Stoja, which is such a charming area. Vladi is a wealth of knowledge, with many recommendations. Vladi even made sure we could watch the champion's league final. Honestly, there is not a single thing that could have been better about this stay. My family will never forget this trip.

Kristina was extremely friendly, helpful and communicative. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with gorgeous surroundings. The property is extremely well equipped, immaculately maintained and very clean. We honestly hope to be back and enjoy this amazing place once again.

Silva is a very nice and friendly hostess, I felt very comfortable in her house. The apartment is very clean and exactly as in the photos, a special highlight for me was the terrace and the garden. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. I'd love to come back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Apartment is in quiet part of Rovinj , 15 minuts by foot to the old town, close to the seaside. You can walk to nearest beach its not far. It is convinent for visit beautifull Rovinj and also swim at the beach. Parking place is available behind the gate.

Very good location for this charming apartment, very close to the city as well as the sea. Superb quiet terrace with a beautiful view and accessible and responsive hosts. Perfect!

Erna is a super friendly and responsive host! Apartment is close to two beaches (5 min by foot), 10 min to supermarkets and cafes, and bus stops. Calm and comfortable place, with a lot of rural areas around. We stayed with two kids and were totally satisfied)).

We had a wonderful holiday in Croatia It should be said to Nicole's apartment that it is very clean and tidy. It is equipped with everything you could could ever need and you feel comfortable. From there, many attractions are well reached by car. It is also very quiet. But you have to say that the pictures are a bit confusing. I would recommend booking this apartment for two at most. All in all we were very satisfied. Nicole is a friendly and helpful host and we will be happy to come back :)

Very nice place to stay as described. Driving directly to the accommodation with a larger car is not possible due to narrow alleys. But parking maybe 200 meters away. The place is very well equipped and everything was clean. There is only a small bakery nearby, otherwise nothing at all. If you really want to have your peace and quiet and want to switch off, this is the place to be. The nearest restaurants and smaller shops are about 10 kilometers away. Without a car, nothing works at all. Communication via WhatsApp and Google Translator, as the host unfortunately does not speak German, but it worked well. We were there for ten days and can really recommend it.

To sum it up: BOOK THIS PLACE!! :) ------ We stayed at one of the several houses available at the property. The property is at a beautiful, very peaceful location, just a minute's walk from the beach. It is easily accessible by car and there is a parking space next to the house. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, with lush greens, trees, flowers and all sorts of plants everywhere. There is an own BBQ place for each house, and a private terrace as well. You will have all the privacy you may need. The pool area is beautiful, with sun beds and canopy beds available. The pool water was very clean and inviting for a relaxing swim. The house itself is very nicely furnished, spotlessly clean, and had everything we might have wanted. The big-screen TV came in very handy for watching Netflix while it was raining outside. Just bear in mind that the running water in the house is not suitable for drinking, as we were warned by the host. We did use it for showering, boiled it for coffee and cooking, but bought bottled water for drinking. Bartolomeo was a great host. He welcomed us at the house regardless of our late arrival. He showed us everything around the house and was at our assistance at all times.

Very clean and modern house. It was a bit complicated check-in because it was not checked in directly through the Airbnb host but across several corners, but was not tragic. It was very, very, very clean and hygienic. Unfortunately, there was no gym or if it was locked. Due to the fact that we did not need this, we also did not ask if it can be opened... so rather less bad. The pool has also been very clean except for a few spots in the corners. So this house is highly recommended, but for people you want a lot of privacy rather unsuitable, since from the right and left there is hardly any privacy or distance.

Quiet house in a very recent development. Many activities within a 20-minute drive. Very clean and very well-equipped accommodation. Responsive and considerate host. A very nice fortnight spent here!
