Welcome to Crikvenica! This seaside resort is a perfect getaway for everyone searching for lots of sea, sun and fun! It is als famous for its exceptionally clean air, sea and its drinking water! Our house is situated 300-500m above the main sandy-gravel beach and the small port Crni Molo, famous for its cafes and restaurants. You will need some 10 minutes downhill to reach the bursting seaside promenade, yet will have the needed quiet hours at night to rest. We wish you a pleasant stay!

The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.
