La vasca idromassaggio riscaldata (utilizzabile tutto l'anno) e la zona barbecue sono servizi condivisi con gli ospiti di Casa dei Moch.

Unser Haus steht im Dorfzentrum von Kastelbell Tschars im Untervinschgau in ruhiger Lage, ein ideales Urlaubsziel für Familien mit Kinder zu jeder Jahreszeit. Das Konzept ist "Wohnen in der Natur" . Die Besonderheit sind zwei Glasfronten mit uneingeschränkter Aussicht über das Tal die sich im Untergeschoss zu beiden Seiten öffnen lassen. So lässt sich ein angenehmes Klima schaffen, auch bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung . Barrierefrei da beide Ebenen einen separaten Eingang haben.

Wir befinden uns in einem kleinen und ruhigen Dorf im Wipptal 3 km südlich von Sterzing, auf ca. 1000m Meereshöhe . Ca. 90 qm Erdgeschoss: Küche mit angrenzendem Steinkeller, Wohnzimmer, Tages WC. Obergeschoss: 2 Doppelbettschlafzimmer, Abstellraum, Badezimmer (2 Waschbecken, WC, Bidet, Dusche und Badewanne) Garten: Grill, Essgelegenheit und Liegewiese. Benutzung der Waschmaschine nach Absprache. Hochwertige Massivholzeinrichtung. Autoabstellplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.

AlpenChalet Kargl 2, modernes Ferienhaus am Hörnle

Herzlich Wilkommen im schönen Oberbayern! Unser neugebautes, modern eingerichtetes Vollholzhaus( 144qm+ Terasse und Garten) befindet sich in ruhiger, sonniger Lage in Bad Kohlgrub. Die Hörnle-Schwebebahn kann zufuß in 2 Minuten erreicht werden. Die große Terasse sowie ein eigener Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Im Ort selbst gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants sowie Cafés. Innsbruck, München und Augsburg sind in ca. einer Stunde erreichbar.

Comfortable Apartment in Private House

Mein Haus befindet sich 3km oberhalb der Stadt Schwaz, 30km östlich von Innsbruck, der Landeshauptstadt von Tirol. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

Zimmer "Egon Schiele"

The "Egon Schiele" double room is located on the first floor of the Art Nouveau villa (Café Villa Bux) and is furnished in the same style. The bedroom is equipped with a satellite TV, minibar, desk, and wardrobe. The adjoining private bathroom features a bathtub with a shower screen, a bidet, and a toilet. The room faces the street and includes a spacious balcony. The local tax of €2.20 per person, per night, is charged separately on-site.

Chalet with 4 bedrooms for up to 10 people

Looking out of your chalet directly onto the slopes, you are already eager to finally grab your things to start the day. But you still want to enjoy breakfast in peace. After all, you still have the whole day ahead of you. In the evening, when the sun is resting behind the mountain peaks and the moonlight is spreading over Steinach, you can relax your muscles in the Finnish sauna of the chalet. The cosy holiday house "Haus Lichtenstern" is located near Oberbozen (Soprabolzano) on the high plateau of the Ritten (Renon) in South Tyrol and offers space for 6 persons.
