Always easy to access, friendly staff —very flexible Host! Must recommend always!!

Place is really clean, nice and awesome. Kitchen has almost complete cooking equipment. There's a water dispenser so you get cold and hot water anytime but you have to purchase your own gallon for Php50. There are extra beds with blankets and pillows if you're more than 2. There are also towels, a soap and shampoo. TV is just basic TV but we never even used it. But I love that they had speakers, this we used. Definitely booking this place again if I just wanna have a staycation with friends or family.

Clean and it was nice to get clean sheets and towels when needed. Front desk people super nice also. Cable TV was nice to have and drinks were available in the fridge if we wanted for a small fee.

It was a great stay. Rhomell and Stephanie were quick with their responses with my inquiries. There was just a little bit snafu about towels but they were quick to remedy it, thanks so much! We availed of the van services and our driver was awesome! Although it was hard to find him at the airport for pick up, maybe if they gave use descriptions of the van or something beforehand and not at the last minute.. it was a bit far from town, but the front desk staff was really helpful in getting us transportation to the port.

this place so far has been the highlight of our time here in Cebu great hosts, great staff, very very helpful. very clean and organized the only thing we recommend is putting more storage in this unit, cabinets and wardrobes

The place is easy to find just the street is rough so if you have kids just be careful of them, the check in is smooth and kudos for the staff they are all nice and smiling to you everytime also they are helpful for all of our needs, the room is ok we are 3 the bathroom is big enough just no hot shower, but the street going to front beach is bad we need to be really careful to step on the stone but these is i think if its rainy season. 1min walk to front beach ! well come back again

The place is quite okay in terms of location. We were able to get around the Iloilo city areas and districts (Jaro, La Paz, SM, Smallville business center, plazuela night market, Jaro plaza and cathedral, river esplanade) without much difficulty. The room was as indicated in the website; clean and aircon working fine. The staff was very accommodating and helpful in terms of providing information re rides and places. They likewise are able to call taxi service for us. And although there was a misunderstanding in the amenities list that breakfast was included, which they initially said was not included in the payment, they did give us free breakfast upon checking the site. This we believe was very positive on their part. The only difficulty was that we had a hard time finding the place as there were no signs in the main road leading to the place. The tricycles (foot-pedaled cabs) also had no idea where the place owing to the newness of the place, although the taxis (glory) do know the place. Over-all it was a good experience and we will definitely go back if we had the chance to do pass by Iloilo City again.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The location is very convenient, with cafes and convenience stores just a short walk away. Check-in was smooth and flexible, and the air conditioner kept the room cool and comfortable despite the hot weather. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved: 1. There was a noticeable musty odor upon entering the room. Using a scent diffuser or air freshener could help improve the air quality. 2. Although there are several outlets in the room, only a few are functional. Bringing an extension cord can be a helpful workaround, but it may be worth having an electrician check the wiring. 3. The bed is comfortable, but it creaks loudly whenever someone moves or shifts positions, which can be disruptive during the night. Tightening the frame or upgrading it could make a big difference. 4. It would also be helpful to have a hook or rack in the shower area to hang clothes or towels With these improvements, the overall stay could be even better.

This boarding house looked pretty much like a typical backpacker's hostel in Europe or Australia. The space is divided into 4 or 5 rooms (or, if you wish, cages), separated from each other and from the common space by walls or grills (for air and light to come through), with 4 beds in each room. The common space is quite adequate, with a counter to sit at and drink your cup of tea or coffee, sinks, and a western-style shared bathroom (with real showers and flush toilets with seats -- something you don't too often see in budget accommodations in this island!). Electric lighting is good, and there is even a bit of indirect natural light. I don't know what it would feel like when the boarding house is full, but on the night I stayed I was the only guest, it was very quiet. Located in Villa Arevalo, some 7 km west from downtown Iloilo (and NOT in La Paz, as the map on the web page indicates!). The owner responded quickly to my messages, so finding the place and getting in was easy.

Good place to stay. Lacson Street is just about a 5-minute walk away, where you can enjoy coffee shops. You can book a Grab to reach their place.

Staff were nice even offered to keep my things after early check out because I went on island hopping the whole day on my last day of stay. Was even offered to use their cr to take a bath after island hopping

We had 1 night stay in this place and it’s a straightforward place to crash in if you want cheap rooms in Jagna. Despite the price, we had a comfortable stay.
