This was one of our best Airbnb stays ever :) great communication with Laura, she was so friendly and helpful, and the scooter was perfect for getting to the diving resorts. Also all of the local people around were so welcoming that we felt very comfortable from the start. Amazing reef with corals for snorkeling was right in front of the door (we were able to rent gear from the jd beach front hotel). :) definitely will come here again!

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

Beautiful, clean, and well-equipped studio surrounded by nature – right by the sea! You’ll hear only natural sounds like birds and crickets. Local fishermen sometimes fish nearby, and you can buy fresh fish from them to grill yourself – a great experience! The owner couple is very friendly and helpful. A scooter is available for rent at a good price and is absolutely necessary, as the location is a bit remote in a peaceful rural area. In return, you get total relaxation and a real connection to nature. It’s about 20 minutes by scooter to the Dao Integrated Bus Terminal. From there, yellow buses take you to the Chocolate Hills (2h), the Tarsier Sanctuary (1h), or the Loboc River (30 min) for around 2 euros. If you prefer more comfort, that costs around 60 euros from Alona Beach. Snorkeling is also possible right in front of the property, and other nice spots are easy to reach by scooter. Perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy peace, nature, the real Bohol, and snorkeling!

The hosts are very responsive and thankful that they did all their best for us to be able to check in 2 hours earlier even when there was guests prior our reservation. The place is great and highly recommended!

An amazing peaceful oasis that is extremely well set up & maintained. This listing is the perfect place to be your base to visit Apo Island & to explore everything this part of Negros has to offer. Beautiful views & great relaxation as well. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Charlotta’s property and feel so grateful we found it (and at such last minute!). The property is beautiful, modern and clean, and is located right on the beachfront. It’s in a quieter area, around 40 minutes from the port, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the whole island. They even arranged for their driver - lovely Leo - to collect us from the port on arrival, and also drop us back when leaving. There are 2 scooters available to rent for a very cheap price on the property which was an added bonus so we didn’t have to go out looking for them and collecting them. All tourist hotspots were just short scooter rides away so you never had to travel too far. We arrived very late due to our ferry being late and Catherine stayed at the property late to show us around (thank you again!). We were blown away by how spacious and modern the property is - it’s even better than the photos! You must stay in this property when visiting Siquijor!!

Theres really not much communication needed with Grace as the place looked just as advertised… and more! She gave clear instructions from getting there to check in, assistance and check out. The place was perfect. It was simple yet it provided all the basic necessities you would need to feel comfortable be it short or long stay. It is the perfect getaway place for someone looking for peace and privacy. Great place to stay especially if you are a large family. there are 3 bedrooms which can accommodate at least 8 people. great outdoor wrap around deck gives great views of everything. Hosts were overly helpful

The place is really nice. Though the room in the 2nd floor has a little smell lang naman especially sa bathroom pero hindi irritable yung smell pero it would be better if it smell good. Ate nene’s was super easy to communicate with and accommodating. Good for its price. Really recommend this place!

Gloria is an amazing host. The place was exactly as described even better once you get here. Very clean great Ac. The pool was very clean and nice. I really liked her dogs too very friendly. Of all the units we've stayed in at Mactan Newtown this is the best that we are satisfied and no complain at all. This will be the place we will be staying for our next visit in Cebu! I highly recommend this place.

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

Easy 5 star. Had a comfortable stay and appreciated the snacks and water upon arrival. Everything functioned as expected, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Patrick checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we got everything we needed.

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

Very nice place to stay. All the amenities are perfect. Stores and eateries are very close by. Room was very comfortable.

We had slight difficulty in entering the condo, the guards were ungreatful BUT the unit was very very clean,organized and peaceful and the location was great. Best unit we've ever stayed

We had such a restful stay! Our room was perfectly cold and cozy making us sleep soundly through the night. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, which made everything smooth. The view of the Cebu beach was absolutely beautiful, and the overall ambience of the condo was peaceful and inviting. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!
