It enjoys continuous sun exposure throughout the day and the view needs no comment: it is simply breathtaking. Alba e Tramonto is immersed in nature, surrounded by a nice garden with olives and cypresses trees. Apartment in Nesso has amazing views! It’s the main reason why we chose this place and we were not disappointed. Its astonishing! It’s also within a walking distance to Nesso fall. Restaurants and cafes are nearby. The pool was well maintained and comfortable. Kitchen was relatively well stocked, enough appliances to cook your own meals. We discovered some minor issues in the bathroom, but because there were two, we easily adjusted. Elevator had some issues, but got fixed. Just keep in mind that these kind of places are not newly built, so they do have some hiccups. All in all I give it a five ⭐️ and would come back again.

Our stay was great - the views are unreal and the space is exactly as described. We loved being able to make a few meals rather than going out, especially because it rained most of the time! Note that the walk to the apartment is rough with luggage (cobblestones, stairs, incline for 15+ minutes). There are a couple quirky things that I would change (such as the disoriented hallway mirror and the height of the bathroom mirror) but our time at the apartment was fantastic. Thank you!!

Very pleasant stay! The house is new, well organized and cozy. It is about a 20-minute walk from the village, but it is easily accessible. The host was super helpful- we had a small issue with the keys and they were very quick and very kind to help us.

We had a wonderful stay at Francesca’s place! It was in a beautiful location, close enough to Bellagio to get there by bike but far enough away to enjoy the serenity of the lake. Great local spots around & a private beach area. Couldn’t recommend enough! Francesca is so kind and hospitable!
