The apartment is in a 1800s house that has been renovated over the years. This is a typical place with a wood-burning stove, the floors like the ceilings are made of wood. There is a staircase to access the bathroom. Independent entrance, garden with BBQ and pergola for grilling, the laundry room is shared with the other two apartments. Public transportation stops are a minute's walk away. Pets are welcome, you are required to notify the four foot friend when booking.

Historisches Steinhaus Cà Lüina

In the middle of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley, lies the Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico. The three-hundred-year-old house was extensively restored in 2021-2024 with the aim of preserving its character. A lot of emphasis has been placed on the use of natural materials when renovating with local craftsmen. The house is very high quality equipped with a modern kitchen and a modern bathroom and has a great garden.

The Studio is located right in front of the town of Como, with a 180 degrees view of the lake. Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake. Our caravan is located 1200 meters above sea level with a fantastic view of the entire valley and surrounding mountains. The caravan is located on a private road used only by us. There are a number of hiking opportunities around the village. The caravan is simply furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is located outside the caravan ca. 100 m away in a building. Piano di Campo can be reached by bus.
