This is nice apartment in small residential building. It has 2 terraces, one with a nice view over the public garden. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for families. The parking is not private it is public and free. The apartment is near bus station, and it is 10 minutes walk from the coast, 15-20 minites walk to the Old town. The wifi is great for digital nomads and video calls, 90mbps download, 5mbps upload, tv over 150 channels. There are a lot of mini markets and supermarkets near by.

In dem Haus befinden sich 5 Apartments welche vermietet werden und hier auf Airbnb gebucht werden können. Jedes der Apartments ist mit einen Bad und einer Küche ausgestattet

Its 1200 meters are composed of soft and smooth sand, which reaches very gradually into the depth of the sea - an ideal playground for children. The historical town of "Budva" lies within a stone's throw (2,5 km) and the airport "Tivat" at a distance of 15 km.
