We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb—perfect for anyone looking to enjoy both the natural beauty of the Coachella Valley and the excitement of the music festival. The location was ideal, just a short drive to the Empire Polo Club, where Coachella takes place, making it super convenient for festival-goers. Even outside festival season, the area offers incredible outdoor activities, with easy access to hiking trails, Joshua Tree National Park, and plenty of scenic spots to explore. Calling this house "spectacular" is an understatement to say the least. This house has the space and extra features to be a great oasis for a group of festival goers. But also has the peacefulness for a family who is looking to attend a local high school graduation (me :). With close restaurants, groceries stores, and an easy access to the rest of the amazing Coachella Valley, this home is ideal for all your needs. I strongly recommend you consider booking this location for any stay in the CV.

The property was absolutely fantastic – the swimming pool was a true highlight(due to its safe height it was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun, it was pretty safe even for the beginners(kids). The kitchen was well-equipped, clean, and spacious, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a cozy retreat. Host(Stephanie) were incredibly responsive and attentive, promptly addressing any requests we had and quickly acting on it. it really made our stay feel stress-free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great amenities and top-notch hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this property more. The gated community is very quiet and private with beautiful landscaping, perfect for morning walks. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking supplies and it was all in pristine condition. Mike was a great host and a proactive communicator and we appreciated his flexibility during checkout. The property also had a lovely neighborhood pool that was just a few steps away from the house. I definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice quiet house! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great stay at the Agave House, a perfect desert retreat with a well equipped kitchen, pool toys, and great communication with the host! Perfect space for two families with teens/kids with comfortable beds and plenty of games in addition to the pool time. We enjoyed our family meals with every single appliance and kitchen tool you could need. Would stay there again!

CaliPalms was the perfect location for our little celebration. Matt and Sina were very kind and responsive. The property matched the photos and descriptions posted. Would definitely recommend if looking for a quiet, peacefully getaway. The kids loved the Pool, Jacuzzi, Axe throwing game and Cornhole. Property was clean and organized when we arrived, and had clear instructions for check-in, check-out. Look forward to coming back!

First time Airbnb’er and we chose this place based on previous reviews and it was all worth reading other post. The place was everything that others described, from instructions to check in, using all the amenities to checking out, it was all simple to follow. I thought we would have to put everything back in place but the instructions were easy to follow. We still did clean more than what was asked but that’s just us, we wanted to be respectful of other people’s home. The pool was nice and relaxing, the kids really enjoyed every bit of it. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Joshua and Madison for allowing us to stay in your home.

The backyard was great! Lots of space to hang out, BBQ, and play games (after sunset). Inside was also very nice. Garage converted to a screening room with comfy couches and separate AC and had a pool table. The home is new, bedrooms and bathrooms were all as described. The development is new and looks like a lot of them are rentals, which meant everyone had a great time and no one complained about noise at night. Will definitely stay again!

We had the best time here. The pool was amazing, the location felt private even though you’re very close to neighbors. Assunta was always very quick to respond to messages, she was very helpful and kind. We will definitely be back.

I would 100% recommend this place it was clean easy to find. My first time visiting from out of town and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay at. They also provided a cool itinerary with good eats and places to visit.

John’s place was great!! Our group of 9 fit perfectly and the space was much bigger than expected. The house was clean and stocked with supplies. The pool was also very spacious and John was always helpful and responsive with getting the hot tub turned on. There is plenty of lounging space around the pool. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

The place was perfect for a group of friends to hang out for the weekend. Plenty of space at the place and between other residents. Brian provided great instructions, was quick to respond to texts, and checking out was easier than almost all other Airbnbs. Would easily suggest a stay here.

Great house exactly as seen in pictures. Great, easy and quick communication. House was a little dirty (floors not vacuumed with viable crumbs, pet hair on outside furniture, trash bin full from previous guests) upon check in but that's more on the cleaners than the host. Otherwise we would return. Beds we're comfortable and the house had everything we needed.

Best view in town! Appreciated all the labeled drawers to know where everything was located! Check in/out was easy and well communicated. Will definitely be back! Thanks for a perfect end to our maternity/paternity leave ☺️

Great place to stay! Shopping and dining very close by. Amari was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. The Kids loved the large pool with lots of seating and lounge chairs available. Neighborhood was quiet. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything exceeded my expectations! Beautiful home in a quiet location. The kitchen is great for chefs, there are lots of pots, pans, and cooking implements. It's also very quiet at night. Having a pool and hot tub (which were not crowded) right across the street is awesome as well. Kelly's communication was excellent. Will be staying here again next year!

The villa was beautiful and we enjoyed our special occasion. The home was clean and very comfortable to stay at. Nicole was very responsive on any questions I had. We hated having to leave but will definitely keep this villa in mind next time we’re in Palm Springs.

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental! Our hosts were very responsive to everything we needed. There were a few small things, such as the road being paved the first day of our arrival and being unable to drive on it until the following afternoon, no fault of our host just unfortunate timing, and we had issues locking the front door with the code but we were able to get a physical key. Overall our stay was great! Anytime I had a question about anything I got a response within 5 minutes. The pool was so nice and the house felt like home while being very clean. We will definitely be staying here again
