Exclusive stone villa with a modern design, surrounded by greenery among centuries-old oaks and beautiful olive trees. The swimming pool, heated from April to November, with a large solarium overlooking the barbecue corner with a bar counter, will allow you to spend relaxing days and unique moments. The property is a few hundred meters from the Tuscia Terme thermal park, 5 minutes from the medieval district of Viterbo and the Terme dei Papi. All services and rooms are for the exclusive use of guests.

Only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Nice to rent ebike for a tour.

A 3-minute drive away is Guardea with a supermarket, butchers, cafés, shops and an outdoor market on Sundays.

Magnificent volcanic lakes, hot springs and the lush nature of the Cimini mountains are all within 15-30 minutes reach by car, while the bustle of Rome and the beaches of Tuscany are only an hour away.

Lake Bolsena/ Orvieto Umbria Italy

When it was first spotted this old Umbrian cowshed had stood derelict for over 40 years and was in desperate need of some TLC. Now, newly completed (summer 2022) this traditional rural building has been lovingly restored by the owner architect, who with the help of amazing local craftsmen has sensitively combined the best of contemporary design with traditional restoration work.
