Our stay here was great. The charming old village of Calcata Vecchia is unique with amazing sights around every corner. The space was very cozy with a comfortable bed and all the small touches to make us feel at home. The Harry Potter collection suited the home and added a whimsical touch 💕 And finally the view from the rooftop terrace can’t be beat!

Roberto is an excellent host. He accompanies you quietly and discreetly throughout the stay and is always available for questions. The equipment of the kitchen exceeds all expectations and prepares you for a nice start and stay. Gladly again and highly recommended.

Cristina is a very welcoming and warm host. She is very attentive to the tenants. The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The place is in the countryside near the woods. My partner and I love to sit on the terrace and listen to the animals in the evening. It was a fabulous 10-day stay. ☺️

We loved our stay at this cute cottage with beautiful views! We were kindly welcomed by Michele's sister. We got some fun tips to do in the area. The parents, who live in the yard, were ( just like the sister) very friendly, cheerful and helpful. They even washed clothes for us. Beds sleep well. All necessary items are provided. We would highly recommend Michele's property.

Carlo was very helpful, he answered our questions quickly, his kindness was a huge differential. The space is spacious and comfortable, the neighborhood is safe and has a mall nearby where there are restaurants, a market and other services. The location is far from the center, but there is a bus stop very close to the apartment, which is about 15 minutes from the subway station. With Google Maps, we had no difficulty getting around everywhere and we still saved a lot of money. It was not necessary to purchase a card, just buy the tickets at the station or newsstand. It was a very pleasant stay and we thank Mr. Carlo for everything. We highly recommend it!!!

Sergio was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He gave clear instructions at all times, responded quickly with great recommendations for places to visit, and made sure everything was smooth. The place was clean, had a great atmosphere, and truly had all the accommodations we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

With all my heart for this house, as for all of Pitigliano I give the maximum score because it is really worth it . Mr. Elviro and his aunt are always available for all the information one needs. The house is truly a gem of Pitigliano . I'm so excited to be back !

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

Massimiliano and his father Maurizio are, above all, wonderful people—welcoming and pleasant. They are always available to help in any situation. They provided us with excellent instructions on what to do and where to go. If we revisit Rome, we will definitely stay with them again. I highly recommend them to all future guests. 😍🤩

We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo's "LA CASA DI GIULIANA” place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we planned. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We especially loved the location, the the cozy balcony and the quiet surroundings. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! The house is small but well maintained with everything you need. Especially the garden is great, providing shadow and a safe place to play for our 1 and 3 year old girls. On top of that, Valentina was very helpful and that contributed to a great stay.

Together with my family, I just had a fantastic stay in Marco and Barbara's apartment. They were exceptional hosts, very welcoming and always available to give us advice on places to visit. The apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake, truly a corner of paradise. Moreover, the location is perfect for those who want to visit the Marmore Waterfall, which is just a few minutes away. The house is impeccable: very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The space is perfect for those seeking tranquility, but also for those who want to explore the surroundings. I highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment is a typical studio apartment contracted with a genuine and rustic taste typical of the area. I loved the loft bed, the exposed beams, the fireplace, and the wonderful view of the hills. Fabio was very kind and super helpful. I recommend this apartment for a long weekend if you want to visit Terni, Narni, Perugia and the waterfalls!

A great, impeccable accommodation! Very clean and modern, very pleasant with a terrace that offers a magnificent view! Patrizia is available for any questions and was very nice for our arrival and for her advice. The accommodation is located in the city center which allows you to visit Tivoli on foot, all the equipment is perfect inside, and air-conditioned... Simone was a super host! He was warm and welcoming in every response, and always quick to reply—no matter the time of day. 😊 His service truly felt like a 5-star hotel experience. The accommodation is very close to the train station and a grocery store, and it’s well-equipped for longer stays too. We especially enjoyed the cute balcony, where we sat every evening with a glass of good wine, chatting about the day’s adventures. Thank you once again for hosting us. Easy location close to a bus stop, pharmacy, hardware store, laundry, grocery store, pet store, two restaurant and a great coffee shop. Less than 3 minutes to the sea. Nice walk on Lungomare Marconi along the shore surrounded by beautiful villas.
