Holiday rentals with a patio in Vitry-sur-Seine

Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

Nice space, quiet neighborhood, large kitchen, it was useful to have a washing machine, dishwasher, water fountain on the fridge. I would go back! Also loved the terrasse, the 2 seperate bathrooms, beautiful lighy coming through.

I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. Mei My partner and I were glad we took the apartment as it is outside of Paris, so perfect to arrive by car. There was an underground car park where we could park the car. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and as described. The check-in and check-out were super easy, it was communicated exactly how it works and if you had questions you were helped immediately. You can quickly reach the city center of Paris by train. Communication went smoothly, she was always available. We recommend the place.

Had a great stay at Caroline's. Caroline was very friendly and helpful. LeClerc hypermarket is a leisurely 15 minute walk. There's a boulangerie and a patisserie nearby There is a street 2 minutes away that is filled with cafes, restaurants, shops, green grocers, butchers, and a Carrefour. This street also becomes a Morning market on Sundays. The bus stop (Chanzy) is also just a two minute walk away. It's not a difficult commute to Paris downtown coming from Caroline's place. The kitchen is very adequate and is stocked with condiments like spices, balsamic vinegar, salt, and cooking oil. I was able to prepare a few dinners in that kitchen

We loved our stay with Olga! She greeted all of our party as we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were travelling with our 8 month old and she had organised a cot, highchair and toys which we were not expecting! The apartment was lovely, had all the amenities we needed with a local supermarket and a couple of delicious bakeries nearby. Local transport was walking distance and took about 30-45mins to get to most of the main attractions. Olga was extremely helpful and assisted us with our itinerary and travel plans. We can’t wait to go back!

Awesome place, quiet and residential with free parking spots available in the street and the station is 10 minutes walk or less, pretty easy to go to Paris center. The house is also really nice, felt being on an authentic french house. The host were extremely friendly and nice and made us feel at home, loved!

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Pleasant accommodation in a very peaceful area and close to the bus and tram. Access to the garden and free street parking are really nice. The kitchen has everything you need. We recommend.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
