You have a closed and private plot of 300 m2, You access it through an independent entrance. Private parking space Village center 500 m away. Hikes: Le Semnoz, departure 100 m from the cottage. Lake Annecy and its old town are 15 km away, Aix-les-Bains and Lake Bouget are 20 km away. Nearby, summer offers many opportunities for activities.

In winter, enjoy the joys of the snow with several ski resorts: Semnoz (15 min), Aillons Margeriaz (40 min), Revard plateau (cross-country skiing). The Dents de Lanfon and their famous climbing routes are visible from the Chalet and accessible by hiking.

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
