At the gates of the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park, between lake and mountain, our 68 m2 2-bedroom is located on the ground floor of our house. You have a closed and private plot of 300 m2, You access it through an independent entrance. Private parking space Village center 500 m away. Hikes: Le Semnoz, departure 100 m from the cottage. Lake Annecy and its old town are 15 km away, Aix-les-Bains and Lake Bouget are 20 km away. Nearby, summer offers many opportunities for activities.

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.

We offer 'Le Nordique', a LARGE 40m² STUDIO with a PRIVATE HOT NORDIC BATH with HYDROMASSAGE JETS and a SAUNA. It is located on the second and top floor of a recent house that we took pleasure in designing, building, and furnishing with the aim of creating memorable moments in Aix-les-Bains.
