Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair provided, this costs €10 per stay. (pay loose on arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2p.m. Check out before 10:00. Parking is free in the driveway with us. So no parking fee! Our price includes tourist tax. In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. So there are no other guests. Large SmartTV with Netflix, fast Wifi. Roller shutter and screens. Kitchen: dishwasher, 4 burner hob (2021), extractor hood, combi oven (2021), kettle, 2 x coffee maker, toaster, crockery. The completely new bathroom has a toilet and rain shower.

It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

Our holiday home 't Uusje van Puut is located just outside Koudekerke on the outskirts of' t Moesbosch, a small nature reserve. From the garden you have views of the dunes of Dishoek. It's enjoying tranquility, space and nature. With a little luck you can even spot a deer in the evening. Also in autumn and winter it is wonderful to stay in our cottage. After a nice breeze on the beach, you'll come home and enjoy a cozy fireplace.

The studio is very well insulated, has floor heating and floor cooling on exceptionally hot days. A wonderfully quiet environment to relax, cycle, hike or just read a nice book. Pets are not allowed.
