Our "Holunderstübchen" is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the border of a protected landscape area, but only a short distance from the center of Voerde. We have furnished the small apartment with about 34 square meters in the extension of our house, where the local head teacher used to have a stable and hayloft for self-sufficiency. On the ground floor you will find a modernly furnished eat-in kitchen and in the former hayloft is now the living room and bedroom with many windows and open attic.

Die ganze Etage ist mit Naturkorkboden inklusive Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Im Box Springbett 1.8x2 Meter, kann man richtig schön relaxen. Die neue Küche ist komplett ausgestattet(Senseo Kaffeemaschine).Das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Whirlpool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Für E Autos gibt es eine Wallbox zum Laden.

In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

The 115 square meter apartment in Tönisberg has its own entrance with 2 parking spaces. On foot, a Netto can be reached and you are quickly on the highway. On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.

This great 85 sqm apartment is fully furnished and newly renovated. It is located on the 3rd floor. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Nearby is a playground, a bakery right across the street. Right in front of the house is a bus stop. The walk to the nearest train station is about 7 minutes long. There you will also find Rewe, Aldi, etc. The secondary cities are Oberhausen/Mülheim. The Centro is 5 minutes by car.
