For RENT We, Stephanie & Carlo Ruijters, offer our luxury apartment for families or groups of max 4 people who want to enjoy the peace, hiking, biking or shopping regionally in cities such as Maastricht, Heerlen, Hasselt, Liege or Aachen. Our apartment is in the small neighborhood of Terlinden. A beautiful environment for both active and passive relaxation and centrally located between the large Euregional cities such as Maastricht, Liège, Aachen, Valkenburg and Heerlen.

Self-catering apartment: "La Pause"

"The Break" has been decorated with reclaimed items from our old farmhouse. The quiet, the view and the garden area with terrace is its strong point. The apartment is ground floor on the 1st floor. Located at the crossroads between : Aachen, Maastricht, Liège. Interest : walking, cycling, craft brewery, mining site, Val Dieu abbey, the American cemetery, Valkenburg and Montjoie (Monschau) are all worth a visit. Tests provided, bed linen not included (additional charge).

Luxurious, tastefully furnished suites with unobstructed views over the hills. Bedroom with 2-person Swiss Sense box springs. Bathroom (bath and/or walk-in shower). Kitchenette with coffee/tea facilities, air fryer/oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher. All suites have a private terrace or balcony. In summer, there is a barbecue outside by the terraces. Buitenplaats Welsdael is a unique base for hiking and cycling trips on the plateau of Margraten near Maastricht.

At studio Tweij & Vitsig, you will stay in a part of a very characteristic mansion. You have a private entrance that can be reached via 3 stairs. Through the hall, you walk into the studio. The studio has high walls of 3.40 meters, which is characteristic of this property. In the summer, it stays nice and cool. The studio is finished with high-quality materials. From the terrace, you have a view over the vast meadows and the trench.

't Appelke Hof van Libeek with beautiful views

't Appelke is a spacious vacation cottage suitable for 2 people in the beautiful hills. This cottage is built in the old dairy barn and has a spacious view over our campsite and meadows. There is also free WiFi here. The adjoining terrace is fenced; This apartment is a short distance from Maastricht, Valkenburg and Liège. The MUMC+ and the MECC are 15 minutes away by car. In addition, it is an ideal base for hikers and cyclists.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

This apartment surrounded by meadows is very rural along the Mergelland route and a short distance from Maastricht and Valkenburg. Both from the living room and the bedroom one has a beautiful view over the hilly landscape. Maastricht city center, MUMC+, Maastricht University and the Mecc are accessible from this location by public transport. An excellent spot for both a relaxing and business stay!
