House quiet oasis in Heiligenthal

Relax in our cozy non-smoking house, in the beautiful village of Heiligenthal, the surrounding forests and fields, or in nearby Lüneburg (approx. 7 minutes by car / 20 minutes by bike). We rent our house completely, except for an office downstairs, which we do not use when guests are occupying it, or in an emergency enter via a separate entrance. We are happy if you feel comfortable here. We are happy to recommend activities, among other things. P.S. The TV only allows Internet TV (Netflix, etc.)

Schon beim Betreten spürt man sofort die besondere Atmosphäre der Wohnung: sichtbare Fachwerkelemente verleihen den Räumen Wärme, Charakter und das typische Gefühl eines echten Altstadthauses in Lüneburg. Der helle Wintergarten schafft dabei ein ganz besonderes Wohngefühl – perfekt für einen ruhigen Kaffee am Morgen. Durch die zentrale Lage lassen sich Cafés, kleine Boutiquen und die schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Lüneburgs bequem zu Fuß erreichen.

Die 1-Zi. Souterrain- Whg (45qm) befindet sich in einem EFH in einer Sackgasse in Ochtmissen. In nur 10 Min erreichen Sie mit dem PKW das Stadtzentrum. Die Buslinie 5005 fährt quasi direkt vor der Tür ab. Über einen separaten Eingang erreichen Sie die Whg. Zu der Whg. gehört eine komplett ausgestattet Küche, ein Dusch-WC, ein Wohn-Schlafzimmer, Waschmaschine, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, TV und WLAN stehen zur Verfügung. Kleinkinder sind auf Grund der Sicherheitsbedingungen nicht gestattet.

One-like half-timbered skate on the ground floor

The unique half-timbered cottage is a 450-year-old half-timbered barn that has been rebuilt for residential purposes. The roof chair and the thatched cover had to be renewed. Since sheep stables have the property to have a small ceiling height, the small cottage had to be built up 1 m. The estimated400 new wooden nails were handmade to preserve its old-fashioned appearance to the half-timbered. The old sheep barn floor also found its use in the outer underpass and as outdoor cladding.

Gemütliches kleines (Ernst-Braune-Straße) Häuschen auf unserem Grundstück in Wohngebiet mit Kindern (1,8, 10 J) auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Es wird ein Haus saniert. Das Häuschen ist für 1 bis 2 Personen (nur nach vorheriger Anfrage vielleicht 3 Personen. This charismatic apartment invites you to relax or actively relax, e.g. in the forest right outside the front door or on one of the most beautiful golf courses in Germany, in St. Dionys. The largest apartment of 75 m² is part of a half-timbered building with a thatched roof in the so-called heath village. It has two living rooms, each with a gallery. Our small apartment is located on the ground floor and in the beautiful courtyard of our 120-year-old house between Lüneburg and Hamburg - directly next to a large forest area and close to the Lüneburg Heath and the Elbe Marshes! With its 42 square meters, it can accommodate 2 people. The apartment has a new kitchen, a shower room, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a terrace. Each room has been lovingly designed by us with many details.

Do you love peace, cozy hours in the garden or cooking together with friends and family? Be our guest in our spacious and modern apartment "Bestzeit." From here you can go hiking in the Westergellerser Heide, also with a dog, or go on bike tours from the house - the tournament grounds are also very close. Just 13 km away is the beautiful salt city of Lüneburg with its incomparable charm, many restaurants and attractions.
