In the heart of Memmingen is our apartment on a quiet street in the Gerberviertel. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.

Cozy apartment, the decor was cozy and modern. A large couch invites you to end the evening in a relaxed way. You are welcome to cook, a dining table is available for eating. The bathroom was redesigned in 2025.

Our apartment is a good starting point for excursions to Legoland (about 19 km) and the city of Ulm (about 27 km). In the area there are great bike paths, also the swimming lakes are well reached by car.
