Caspar's Home

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

Organic farm with sauna & fitness

We offer our apartment at the organic farm on the edge of Puchberg am Schneeberg for hikers, ski tourers and those taking a break. 2 guests are included in the price. Person 3 & 4 cost €13/night each. The cleaning fee is €40 for up to 2 adults & 2 children. For 3-4 adults, for the 3rd & 4th guest per person €13 is to be paid on site (i.e. max. €60 final cleaning). The municipality of Puchberg also charges a tourist tax per adult of €2.90/night, which is also added on site.

Ideal for 4 people in 2 fully separated bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separated toilet. There are queen-size beds in the bedrooms. The owner's family live opposite the accommodation in the same property. We speak German, English, French, Portuguese and Hungarian. Spend a little time in this fascinating countryside :-))

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

The house sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults with 4 children. There is a lovely garden, Swedish stove, a well equipped kitchen, a big dining table, 2 toilets, a TV. The municipality of Grünbach requires a tourism tax of €2.80 per person/night to be paid on site.
