It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, restaurants and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families... Vacation in my place is the best option you could choose! From the apartment to the center there is a 2 minute walk, to the first beach is 50 meters. In the description of my facility you have the opportunity to use the barbecue. I also offer a berth for a boat that I charge. In my place you will surely enjoy and spend the rest in peace.

RA House Plitvice Lakes

RA HOUSE is a modern, wooden house located in an open area surrounded by forest. There is an entrance to the beautiful magical forest right near the house. The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.

The apartment is nice for two persons (without any other persons). It is located 50m above the main road near the sea, in lavender garden. Close to our home (by foot or by car) there are three little beaches (500m in 10min by foot). By the beaches are free parking places. We can communicate in english and german. The price includes all costs for 2 persons (water, electricity, gas, private parking, air conditioner, wi-fi, final cleaning, tourist tax.

Location is only 15 minutes from the center of town Senj, 30 minutes from the Northern Velebit National Park, 30 minutes from Zavratnica and about hour and a half from Plitvice Lakes National Park.

He rents an apartment with one bedroom, with a total size of approx. 38sqm +16 m2 terrace. The apartment is on the second floor of our family house, the view of the Velebit canal is fantastic, you can see the islands of Krk, Rab, Goli otok, Prvić.. We are near the Northern Velebit Nature Park.
