In the evening you can fire in the oven, feel the good heat, read a good book and fall asleep to the light of the flames and the sound from the wood-burning stove close by. NB! You can explore famous places such as Geiranger and Olden (approx. 2 hours), Loen with Loen Skylift (1.5 hours), the bird island Runde, Øye (1 hour) and the Jugendbyen Ålesund (1.5 hours), and take mountain hikes on foot or on skis to Slogen, Saudehornet, Liadalsnipa, Molladalen and Melshornet (can walk from the cabin). Close to several alpine and cross-country ski slopes.
