This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Our villa is centrally located in Alaçatı, 4-6 minutes' walk from the village bazaar, air-conditioned, no parking problems, easy to get around, close to markets (Şok, A101, Migros, Macrocenter). A spacious living room, 3 spacious terraces in the front and back, one bedroom on the 2nd floor with a double bed and a single bed, the other bedroom with a double bed, its own en-suite bathroom and its own terrace. You can choose it for a quiet, calm, peaceful holiday away from the crowds of Alaçatı.
