Due to it`s central position, you can easily reach the respective centres of the two parts of the city, Idar and Oberstein within 5 minutes by car. There is also a 24/7 shop nearby in walking distance. Free parking right in front of the house. The 51m² appartment comes with a fully automatic coffee machine, electric stove, a dishwasher, a large fridge, a baking oven, a Smart TV aswell as 50k wifi.

Unser privates, hundefreundliches Ferien-/Wochenendhaus liegt ca. 1 km abseits vom Zentrum Oberstein in einem normalen Wohngebiet und hat einen komplett eingezäunten, großen Garten. EG: gemütliches Wohn-/Esszimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein schönes Bad mit Dusche/Wanne. OG: eine Leseecke und 2 Schlafzimmer (leider mit steiler Treppe, siehe Foto). Es ist insgesamt ein schlichtes Haus (85qm) mit Charme und viel Grün drumherum, es geht zu Fuß oder per Rad nur bergauf oder bergab.
