Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Volos

Very good 1st floor apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Volos. Easy parking in the surrounding area. The property is spotless and beautifully decorated, it gives you a feeling of being hosted in a friendly house. The host was kind and communicative. Unique negative that there is no elevator for people with mobility needs.

Very beautiful house in very quiet spot very close to the sea!

We had a great time at the place. The house is big and the children loved the pool. It has everything you need for a short stay, and the view totally worth the drive. The WiFi is not that great, but it really gives you the opportunity to get off the grid for a while :)

This is a very nice house following the traditional Pelion architecture. Lots of space, and the dining room can easily accommodate 8 people. We stayed for 10 days which we thoroughly enjoyed, the location is at the edge of the village, with a great mountain view. One can even see the sea through the trees' foliage. Getting there is easy, as long as someone uses G**gle maps. We made the mistake using another navigation app the first time which gave poor results, as soon as we used g**gle maps though it guided us straight to the house's entrance. Omiros sent us in advance a lot of suggestions for places to visit, beaches, restaurants and tavernas, which were proven very useful and saved a lot of hassle. Every single place he suggested exceeded our expectations, and I have to add that we are quite picky regarding both locations and dining. The communication was excellent, Omiros was very responsive and helpful. Thank you very much for a lovely time!

The place is brand new and everything is fantastic. As the house has 2 open floors, it means semi private for kids and parents (or 2 couples), but also open and good for communication. The houses are very close to both Tsakarada center and the beaches. The parking is tricky, but that is the case everywhere. I would stay there again :)

This is one of those places that I don't want to tell anyone else about so that it is always available when we want to return. Communication in advance, advice on local transport etc, couldn't have been better. Check-in was a breeze. Jason and Malamo were incredibly helpful and swift to respond. The house itself is wonderful. It feels like a proper home with everything you could want available for you to use. Very tastefully appointed but not in a 'precious' way. Fantastic kitchen with an awesome range. Great aircon throughout (although I never actually figured it out in the living room) . Wonderful shady spot to sit and drink coffee and read under the vines. Strong wifi -except in the downstairs bedroom - which was actually a good thing. Steps from the water, great swimming, and the most delicious food at Stefanos fish restaurant. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place year round. Can't wait to get back there...

Cozy place in beautiful surrounding

Mrs. Eleni is a real host and a very nice person, who is happy to help with anything you need. The house was super clean and equipped with anything the guest may need. We had a great time and didn't miss anything.

I just want to give a big thankyou to Mike and Anastasia, what they have created here is beautiful. Our stay from minute one was just the most special thing, Mike greeted us with a big welcoming smile and was so helpful. Everything was spot on, Villa, pool, hot tub, surroundings were immaculate, and once we got there we felt at home straight away. We arrived there stressed and tired we left there invigorated and chilled. Try and get in the village if you can as well, it’s again something very special. We will be back 100% and I highly recommend that anyone should immerse themselves here, it’s wonderful. Thankyou so much Mike!

We stayed 3 nights @ the Dune villa — and it was beyond perfect. First and foremost - the host was the nicest person we could dream of. Starting from the booking process through the check in, our stay and departure - Despoina (our host) was available 24/7 and super responsive. We were 2 families - 4 adults and 4 kids - and the place was a perfect fit, with 2 spacious rooms for the adults and a room for all kids to stay together (ages 7-13). The villa is brand new and was perfectly equipped: from pool toys through kitchen, bedrooms, smart tv and spa with sauna and jacuzzi. All in all: perfect place, super friendly and welcoming host. Highly recommended!!!

An earthly paradise in the heart of Pelion! The villa is truly unique — a combination of luxury, traditional nobility and absolute tranquility in nature. It is located in a magnificent location, literally in the forest, overlooking the Aegean Sea and a stone's throw from the beach of Mylopotamos. The house is completely renovated with respect to its history, filled with authentic period furniture and rare decorative details that testify to love and care. The cleanliness was impeccable and the amenities exceeded all expectations: from the well-designed kitchen, to the hot tub at the back of the garden that offered us moments of absolute relaxation. The hospitality of Eleni and her team was warm, discreet and substantial. We really felt like guests and not just tenants. They guided us to everything worth seeing or trying in the area. We hope to be back soon!

Everything was as described and we expected. Very close to the sea, all amenities and utensils especially for families with young children. Mr. Christos is impeccable

A perfect and spacious place to relax with stunning views on the sea and the accommodations of Affisos nearby. Eleni was, like in the past, a perfect host. It was a great week for our family.
